I drove through your establishment on Sept. 1st at approximately 9:20pm. After already waiting a lengthy time just to place the order, I arrived at the first window for payment after placing my order at the drive-thru. I handed over the associate a 50 dollar bill. There was no mention of any shortage or what form of payment I would be making at the initial time of order. So, I was shocked at the manner in which the woman shoved the bill back at me rejecting my cash. I asked her why she couldn't take American money in the United States of America. If she had told me of the shortage I would have gladly volunteered to return with another form of payment. Instead, she said she would have to ask a manager if she could take it. I was confused why she would need a manager to accept my cash. I had relayed to her that I understood if she thought it was counterfeit & instructed her to use the special marker for detection or the blue lighting machine. As far as I know, any and all major establishments have one on site for verification purposes. At this point when the manager on shift finally came to the window she had not been much more help and only then she mentioned that there was a change shortage, but was not willing to ask if I had another form just decided not to accept what I had presented. It gave me the impression that my money or business wasn't good enough even if only for an $11 order. For fear of retaliation by the workers preparing my order, I decided to take my money & business elsewhere. While understand these are trying times in fact the most unprecedented, it gives no one the right to look down on someone or be disrespectfully disregarded. We are not the best versions of ourselves during this pandemic, but considering we are in a 'Global Crisis...people could afford to be kinder and most definitely step their customer service game up. Customers need to be treated with dignity, respect, humility. I was humiliated by the woman in front of her coworkers who were all laughing behind the window. The manager was no better and did not set a good example or be a true leader coaching in the moment. Rather, she participated in the nonsense. I'm very disappointed! So, I was compelled to take the time (I value as a busy mother of 3 under 7) to write this negative review. My hope is to make sure changes are made in training so that people are made to feel like people & not worthless things lining up for food. BELOW YOU WILL FIND STANDARDS & EXPECTATIONS SET BY YOUR OWN BRAND (Those Golden Arches) THAT...

I asked for new once they refused and they brought the manager then the manager questioned why i wanted new once i told her i had asked for nothing to be touching my food. she question me again saying why if the food was wrapped that is complitly uncalled for if I'm asking for something to be done a specific way they should do as I'm asking theres covid out there and my son is at extremely high risk! so I try to take as much precautions as I can he hasn't eat out and really wanted it but to be question so many times and then then she brings the food food over there was napkins again in the bag.    Read moreJust returned my order. Not the first they have messed up my order. Definitely wonât be back here. Screw me once shame on you. Screw me twice shame on me. My file-o fish had some kind of charcoal powder all over it. I donât know anyone in their right mind who would serve food like that. Fries were old and cold. The superviser or shift manager had a big attitude and started barking at me. I told her I donât need an excuse, that thereâs no excuse to serve that and I just need a refund. I told her that they need to hire better people or train better because they have messed up a few of my orders. She shrugged her shoulders and made a face like O well. This is where a real manager or superviser is suppose to make it right. They apologize. They give a refund and they offer to make your food again. Instead she wants to debate with me on why my sandwich is covered in this black powder and that sheâs going to scold her workers. G thanks! When I left, there was two homeless people trying to smoke some dope right next to the entrance door. I had to make them leave myself! Worse Effin McDonaldâs anywhere! I should collect a check for the work I had to do for them tonight. After I get home my wife shows me her strawberry cream pie and it is BURNT! And I mean BURRRRNT! Do not come here. The Inside is always trashed. This place cares nothing about quality food or customer service. Never mind my wife just had our first baby less then a week ago so we arenât eating regularly, trying to get on schedule with our newborn. I gotta drive almost 15 minute to return some cold, old and horriblly prepaired food! Disgusting. Only reason they got one star is because they wonât let...
