Shady, shoddy, spendy.
I get it, I wouldn’t want to work in a mall food court, either. But words are helpful, smiles are nice, and eye contact should be a minimum requirement.
What really ticks me off, more than the bland tonkotsu or my cold gyoza or the dry rice, is the super shady tactic of tacking on a tip without me knowing it. You’re forced to order on a kiosk, which is no doubt more enjoyable than interacting with the staff, but the automatic tip without my consent leaves me feeling taken advantage of.

Our drinks were wrong and she didnt call out that our food was ready. We'll still be back for sure. Got the chicken bento box, pork belly Ramen and crab Rangoon. Yummy!
