Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Chandler

I was really disappointed in the service we received by the waitress/car hop at this location... I felt she was incredibly short with me when I was nothing but sincere and actually I'm pretty insulted by the fact that they didn't even retrieve the money for my order when she had the items in her arms. I feel she might have thought we didn't have the money for the order since we walked up to the Sonic with back packs on our backs... But I don't think her behavior is justified but her stereotype she obviously preassigned my friend and I.

Disappointed by the atmosphere considering there was a trash can nearly full somewhat close to the area we actually were eating in. I even mentioned it to the car hop there was trash outside of the trash can that I collected and put into the trash myself, after she didn't even attempt to handle the unsightly scenery we were so rudely left with eating next to. I personally think it would reflect the Sonic she worked at greatly (even if it wasn't her duty to take the trash cans out to the larger can) that she could have effortlessly taken not even so if them but just that one trash can since I even made it clear that I noticed it and actually put some of the trash in the waste can myself, thinking maybe bringing it up might hunt for her to take it out or at least, the least effort could have been her putting the darn kids on the darn waste basket... Ugh didn't realize how aggravating that situation was until I started writing this review so I'm glad I did and I'm happy to say I have pictures to back it up as well so check it out for yourself.

When she finally retrieves the items i had already pre paid for she didn't bring us the proper straws napkins or a spoon for the Dr. Float I ordered while I was ordering she didn't ask if I would like any sauces with my pop corn chicken so I had to request it when she went back inside for the third time to finish delivering the proper items to the people that knew how it all works since i personally worked at Sonic as my first job in Arizona when I was 16, 17 years ago actually.

Highly disappointed and confused why management is even allowing individuals to represent their company this way.. but I will not be returning to this location if it's my choice in the future, so good luck with obtaining future business from anyone considering I try my best to leave good reviews since amazing services is so hard to find now days I feel people should be...

The Ice Cream Machine was down...I had to do a double take because I thought I was at McDonald's for a moment. As crazy as this was, still I ordered food. I asked for a wacky pack with JUST meat cheese and light mayo. They put mayo mustard ketchup and pickles on the burger my 3 year old wouldn't eat due to all the extra yuckies on his burger (anyone with kids understands). I told them multiple times I wanted a single bacon cheeseburger. They kept saying double bacon cheese burger and I corrected them. I get home and see they gave me a single cheeseburger without bacon but charged me for a double bacon cheeseburger. I immediately call the location to advise them of my disappointment because I wasn't going back there that night for a corrected order and suggested they have a huddle to get their act together. The assistant Manager was very polite and apologetic. She advised she had almost a whole new crew training that night. She comped the whole 25.00 meal/voided the ticket. I didn't ask her to do that, she offered. I felt that was a great gesture and rectified the situation because my husband did at least enjoy his Green Chili Cheeseburger. If you want a fast food place that is going to get your order right and not give you attitude, DONT GO HERE. I worked here for 2 years, general manager Megan had her stuff together and we were top store all the time. New management sucks. I went with my w year old today and my husband and they got our order wrong gave us attitude. I asked for a cookie dough blast as I have braces and can only eat soft food. There were m&ms in my blast. My husband went in (who is way nicer than i) and asked them to remake it and the tall skinny girl with glasses stated "it's only 4 m&ms on top and the candy is right next to one another". Then prior to that they said order was on the way, cleared the order and we waited 8 minutes to still get 2 drinks and 1 ice cream. When I worked here it was 5 min MAX to get your food but 2 min 30 sec for DRINKS/ICE CREAM. this was a ridiculous experience. And I hope corporate here's about this and that girl gets some coaching. We used to love this place as it's right next to our home but now I'd rather travel 6 miles to any other one. RI-DICULOUS SERVICE. If I would've been a secret shopper you guys would've been out...
