I normally review a restaurant after going a few times (get to know the menu a bit more, check the consistency, etc) but I really wanted to go ahead and skip that and review this place ASAP. Chimney opened just a few days ago but I can tell this is going to be something special. The missus and I went for lunch recently and we were just blown away. The missus had the lunch buffet and it was excellent! That's not normally something I've heard said for any Indian restaurant; normally it's "avoid the buffet". She went back for seconds, and that's saying something. I had the Goan Shrimp Curry and it was just superb. I'm usually a bit hesitant to do any shrimp in Indian dishes because past experiences have not been great (the shrimp oftentimes is treated as an afterthought - rubbery shrimp!). The shrimp was cooked wonderfully and the Goan curry was very well paired. The presentation as well was just wonderful. In fact, the whole place is wonderfully presented. And the staff - just great people! My better half had a great time chatting up our server, and he was a wealth of knowledge of the business and the Indian food scene for the area overall. Long story short - we will be coming back. So glad...

I absolutely adore the service and food at Chimney Indian Kitchen + Bar! The flavors are authentic and the variety of foods are appreciated. I've dined at this particular restaurant on three different occasions and the food has been warm, delicious, and absolutely top quality. I very much recommend trying out the food here as everything from the taste, texture, atmosphere, and portion sizes are amazing! Prices are reasonable, and really you have nothing to lose by dining at Chimney Indian Kitchen!

So far, I've had the non-vegetarian lunch special, mixed grill entree, and the tandoori salmon entree. Everything was perfectly cooked, the flavors were exquisite, and overall the service from Pravin was top-quality!

I wanted to add this drink (in the images I attached) is amazing! Lovely flavors and presentation. The staff here, especially Pravin, are so nice and wonderful people!
