I walked into the Store. I entered that I was at table 114. I saw a large bag to get put into the pick up area so I went over and saw that it was my bag with my order and table number on it. I proceeded to grab the bag and was literally yelled at by an employee that said, this order is not ready yet and literally yelled at me in front of a bunch of people I did not know, but most importantly, McDonald’s customers/clients. I was under the impression that when the order is put in a bag and placed in the pick up area and an employee of McDonald’s walks away that the order is ready. especially because they were the ones or person that dropped off the order in the pick up area. And as soon as I grab the bag, she started yelling at me saying, sir that order is not ready yet. There’s a difference between firm and beyond that point. ... I proceeded to ask her why are you yelling at me? She replied, sir. I am not yelling at you while the tone of her voice was still extremely firm and loud. So I go back to a table and wait for the order to be completed. Once the order was completed one of the Employee said order number 114 and I then had to go pick up my food in the pick up area. A. If I am eating in, shouldn’t the order be brought to my table? B. Is it standard operating procedure for a McDonald’s employee to yell at somebody for picking up their order when it has been placed in the pick up box inside of the restaurant? C. Is it normal for a McDonald’s employee to immediately walk to where the food is being cooked and start slandering a customer to all of her fellow coworkers explaining that I said she was yelling at me and continue to tell a story of a McDonald’s customer being embarrassed by a McDonald’s employee about a confrontation that at a corporate restaurant should not be talked about among employees, in front of customers, or at all unless it’s to their supervising manager. I honestly hate saying this, but I cannot wait for your employees to be replaced by robots because they don’t want to work, all of them only work for a couple of weeks just to prove they’re trying to work so they can gather unemployment, I have never in my life spent $30 and been yelled at before 10:30 in the morning on my day off. I would suggest strongly that you change your business model when it comes to...
Read moreAddress 2050 Savannah hwy. I came into this McDonald's at 10 am 08/13/25 for a cup of coffee. An older cashier was standing around shooting the breeze on the customer floor with a male customer near the seating area. When I walked up to the counter she was cutting her eyes at me like I was disturbing her . After a couple of minutes her manager called her name out to take care of the customer . She then reluctantly walked slowly over to the register to take my order. She was then asking what I wanted condescendingly. When my coffee came I grabbed it and it was extremely hot . I asked her nicely if I could get a sleeve . She said we don't have sleeves and walked back to talk to her friend on the customer floor. I said can I get a cup? she yelled back to some one to get a small cup. I asked if I could get a large cup to cover my hand so it didn't get burned . She said I would have to charge you for a cup. Then quickly said to another employee annoyedly "Just give him a cup". Like I am such a pain . I went and sat at a table in the customer area . She and the male she was talking to earlier started criticizing me out loud for wanting a cup. I looked at her male friend who immediately confronted me "what are you looking at ,what are you going to do about it". At this point I saw the manager, I let the manager know they criticizing me over a cup and were now harassing me and getting confrontational. Didn't seem to care and did not take care of the problem. Everyone in the back seemed to be working hard .While This one woman could careless about her job. I have been going to this McDonalds on and off in my neighbor hood for over 25 years . Now that this employee is making it uncomfortable I will now get my coffee at...
Read moreThis is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to.... The rudest people work here but it is no wonder with Shirley Williams as the manager.... I waited 50 min behind 7 cars to finally make it to the ordering kiosk when I arrived....silence..... a few minutes later I asked hello, hello and was told just a second..... waited another 8 min finally asked hello again only to have the manager come on and start yelling at me to wait, and that's when I stated we had been waiting over an to order. She than told me she refused to serve me, and would be shutting down for 20 min ...... I wasn't rude I asked what her name was so I could make a formal complaint....she wouldn't answer pulled up to the drive through windows and knocked and no one would come, left my vehicle to enter the restaurant and doors were all locked, Knocked and knocked for about 10 minutes and finally and older gentlemen slowly walked over to the door ask asked what it was I needed, I stated I needed the name and number of the general manager and that very unprofessional manager, so he went back in and when he returned he gave me the names verbally and informed me that he could find no info for a phone number of any sort, he proceeded to tell me he was from a different location and was just helping out at this location, and was sorry for the way the manager was acting and stated that it wasn't right. I'm in the process now of trying to contact the general store manager, maybe even the owner, and if I get nowhere with that I will be contacting corporate. It's no wonder no one likes to work at these places with managers like this, I will never return to this place again. The most grotesque...
