Well, I was strolling down Cannon Street this morning and passed by this new sandwich shop called "The Coop". I have always loved chicken, so I thought I would try it. Much to my surprise, there were only two chicken items on the menu! Very odd. Still, I ordered a 'Cowboy Chicken' sandwich. The staff was super friendly, and the ambience is quite lovely, but the chicken was deli-style, not an actual chicken breast, which is odd because I assumed they must have had a chicken coop in the back of the building (probably so patrons don't see the chickens getting slaughtered), so why would it be deli chicken? And the sandwiches and salad? Every bite was delicious — the sandwich fillings layered so perfectly they could have been designed by an architect, the salad was fresh, and the red wine and vinegar chips made me want to stand up and applaud.
Friendly, fast,...
