Just to let you know Do NOT order the sausage. I got sausage on the breakfast sandwich and took two or three bites. Thought it was great until I looked at the sausage. It was seared on the outside but raw in the middle. Completely pink. So I said to one of the waiters “ I don’t think sausage is supposed to be that pink in the middle”. Her response was let me ask our chef. I said “okay”. When she came back this is what she said “ I talked to the chef and the sausage is high quality sausage therefore you do Not have to cook it all the way”. Which totally blew my mind. Sausage is a pork product. Pork like chicken has to be fully cooked. This sausage looked like a medium rare steak at best. So if you have high quality chicken just cook it half way and it’s fine to eat by their standards. Also the waiter never tried to make it right. She never asked can we cook you another piece or get you something else. I was forced to throw it away and go somewhere else. Total waste of money and time. This place is dope. The vibe is super chill and inviting. Clean and well maintained for a fast casual, seat yo'self, scenario. Interior with all the swag is definitely A+ branding.

Staff was prompt and polite and very friendly..

☕️Ran out of cold cups and I felt their pain with supply chain issues and what not but they trudged on and gave me my cold brew in a hot cup instead of 86'ing the item which was a respectable audible!

🥑Avo toast was light on the avo but full of flavor. Egg was nicely cooked and their housemade sourdough was AH 👏🏽 MAZING 👏🏽

🥔Side of potatoes could've used more seasoning but was nicely cooked and nicely... maybe in hindsight I could've asked for a sauce or something..

🥓🍳bacon egg and cheese sandwich was full of flavor.... pimento cheese, onion jam, crispy bacon, perfectly cooked egg and the most perfect housemade brioche bun with sesame seeds.... my only gripe was I wish it had a 2nd egg.

I got the hummus bowl with chicken shawarma and it was decent. The portion size was okay wasn't amazing for the price but also not terrible per se.

The staff were very nice and friendly, however the issue I had was that my friends and I's food took way too long to come out. We waited for close to an hour. I noticed that we weren't the only ones that had a long wait time either. We saw people seated while we were waiting on line to order and after my friends and I finally ordered and found a table for ourselves, those people still hadn't received their food for maybe another half hour. Mind you the line was decently long as well, seems like a popular spot. By the time we received our food my friends sandwich was no longer hot/warm anymore.

This place has great potential! Perhaps need more staff in the kitchen? Or create a better kitchen workflow process to get the food out quicker.
