Wow where do I begin, these guys freaking suck. Tried to get donuts today and for the second time this week, had to go somewhere else as they were all out before 11am, guess that’s why it’s Dunkin’ now and not Dunkin’ Donuts 😒. Not to mention they left multiple orders of hash browns out of our bag. Then we get home to find out our coffee which we specifically asked for oat milk had cream in them, which didn’t sit well in my intolerant tummy 🤢. Didn’t think a group of Dunkin’ degenerates could offer worse service than the location on Main Street in East Greenwich but I guess I was wrong. Plus the girl in the window touched my finger during the cash transaction and I don’t know what I’m supposed to make of this. Did she know she skimped out on my hash browns, who’s to say. I only give them one star because I can't give them 0. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts around. You're better off driving to Wakefield Narragansett or Westerly. Very slow and the order is almost never correct. Not only that, the cocky manager likes to correct you no matter what you order!! I went back today I purchased a large specialty coffee with no ice. So this is what you get and I will not ever be back. What a joke!! Not to mention the service was ruder than usual if that's at all possible!! Picked up an order for someone else this morning and was overcharged by a lot. Got to the drive through window, paid and waited for order. Worker throws my receipt out instead of handing it to me. The amount was significantly higher than it should be so I ask for them to reprint the receipt. The worker prints out a blank receipt with no items on it reading “$0.00” and hands it to me. By this point people behind me are getting impatient so I just go. I’m not getting reimbursed because I didn’t get a receipt. This Dunkin is horrible ever since they replaced the manager.
