I ordered 2 orders of Mango Chicken, with rice and broccoli with a chicken strips kids meal with broccoli. Easy right?! That's what you would think...no. I guess for the Northlake staff it was a bit much. I called and placed my order, the nice lady repeated the order back, gave me total and went to pick it up 20 minutes later. I payed first...BIG MISTAKE! She brought the food out, the mango salsa was not on the side as I had requested, my son's order was COMPLETELY wrong and they were out of apple juice (something that was offered to me when I ordered.) After making it known that my son's food was wrong, I sat and waited for the re-make. 25 minutes later, I was still waiting in the lobby on one kids meal order of chicken strips and broccoli. THAT'S ALL. Now, my food is cold. Meanwhile, my husband and son have been waiting in the car for about 40 minutes...on Father's Day. While waiting for my re-make another customer who was waiting on his fajita (an order that he also called in and made that wasn't with the rest of his food when he paid) finally got his order and he came in after me. I stopped the manager (that had walked by 4 times looking at my disgusted facial expression without stopping to check if everything was ok) she apologized of course and offered me a $5 gift card. $5? My son's meal that I waiting 20 minutes for is more than $5. I was annoyed, frustrated and ready to go at this point so I said ok. The food came around the corner as I spoke with the manager. We finally made it home, reheated all food and prepared to dine when we realized that the broccoli was old. It was mushy, brown on the bottom and clearly should've been thrown out 2 days ago! The Mango chicken had zero flavor and my son's chicken strips (that we waited for) were extremely dry and had no sauce! HORRIBLE experience! I will NEVER return to this location...possibly all...

The server at the take out register stole a tip off my card by adding it without my permission to the receipt I am a FOH manager for 4 years now I asked for a itemized copy of my receipt the server then caught a huge attitude and said she could not produce that which is incorrect. She then stormed off & did not come back for roughly about 10 mins. Then the MOD came out & also stumbled around my questions and said he could not give me one. I have been in this industry for 12 years. This is not correct. As you can see here chillis charged my card 44. The receipt I was able to look at was on his phone & I snatched a picture of that. I’m very aware of what happened. And it is very obvious what the server did. The manager seems very incompetent & aware of what his servers are doing. Rest assured this will end with me. Please if you visit the restaurant keep a hold of your receipts & watch your bank card if it’s used here. Unfortunately these are things that I’ve seen happen within this industry a couple times. I’m just very shocked to see a manager who seems as though he is either in on it or doesn’t care. I will be reaching out to someone in regards to this Monday. Be aware.
Side note the food was burned & the sauces were missing the burgers were also burned and dry. Customer service was awful outside of the stealing. Even with the manager who seemed more so irritated that I had even asked for the information I asked for then concerned of the price...
Read moreI’m not one to typically write a review let alone a poor review but my experience was less than optimal. My husband, son, and I went to this chili’s on a Sunday evening. Our servers were both very nice and personable but management was very much the opposite. We ordered our food and when my salad came out, it did not have all of the ingredients that it claims it comes with. Additionally, my salad had chicken crispers instead of the grilled chicken it comes with which I did not ask for. I stated that the salad presented to me was not what I ordered. Rather than making the fix, the team member told the manager and the manager (Benji) came back to our table with the incorrect salad and the menu and rather than asking what was wrong with my order or how it was needing to be fixed, he accused me of not knowing what I ordered and tried showing me the menu to prove me wrong. (Mind you, I have ordered this exact salad before) I read the menu back to him and again stated that the items were incorrect and he then tried to justify it and place the salad back in front of me. No apology. No immediate corrections or actions taken. I felt bad and said it was fine and instead just took the salad as is and insisted that it was not a big deal yet as he left the table I sat there crying and feeling attacked. The salad was later comped from our bill which is great I guess but I would have rather paid for my food and had an enjoyable meal and a little respect rather than have comped food and left crying because management doesn’t know how to act like...
