I understand it was the lunch rush, but it had been 20 minutes since I placed my online order, and I still hadn’t received it. I could see my order sitting there, but I couldn’t get anyone’s attention. No eye contact, no acknowledgment. I ended up waiting in the same line as walk-in customers just to talk to someone.
When I finally got to the counter and mentioned that I had placed my order 20 minutes earlier, just in case it had been missed, the employee I spoke with was unnecessarily rude. I wasn’t being confrontational. I simply wanted to check on my order. Instead of being helpful, I was met with a dismissive attitude and informed “well we’re busy.”
I was already having a tough day and had hoped this would be a quick, easy pickup. Instead, I felt unwelcome. The food was fine, and the place looked clean, but if you’re looking for a friendly, efficient lunch spot in the South Park area, this may not be it.

Every time I visit it seems someone is apologizing for how slow they’re moving or I feel an apology is owed. It’s been worth it to stick it out until today. Today was horrible, partially because the manager I know is typically there, wasn’t.
Today, not only were they slow, but several customers had to repeat their orders multiple times, the cashier was incredibly confused even though she’s been around for a couple months, the person making my sandwich complained aloud how cutting turkey such a pain, the meat for my philly sat WAY too long and was over cooked and the employees were saying they needed at least another person. There were at least 4 of them, maybe a 5th in the back, while I’ve seen locations with 3 people working perform 100x better.

Read moreAfter craving a JM sub for some time..I finally stopped at this location while dashing. Worst mistake EVERRRR!! I AGREE 100,000,000,000% with Mary. I ordered Mike's way and have no clue of who's way I had. I has zero mayonnaise, or mustard (cuz sandwich was prepared when I stepped around the side to make my drink. The tomatoes were thin as someone else mentioned and while I did see the onions being put on the sandwich I did not smell them or taste them at alllll! The MEAT was almost non existent (almost thought I had an old Subway sub)!! Guess I will just continue purchasing from 7th Street as the only issue I've ever had there was the wait and wellll it's always been worth it!
