I've had to update my review from last year because this location has completely gone down the tubes. The only reason i gave a three star initially (instead of 5) was because the drive-thru layout is not ideal and the congestion from heavy customer traffic waiting in line was causing accidents and customers getting really frustrated with each other, and just made for a really stressful drive-thru experience. But, I'm pretty sure people have noticed the decline of this franchise because heavy customer traffic is no longer a problem. But everything else is.
Three times in a row my experience was awful and i will not be going back. The speaker in drive-thru doesn't work so you end up having to actually say, "hello?" a few times to get a response. But then you can't understand the employee because it doesn't work and they just tell you to pull up to the first window. No apology for that either. Once, my order was completely wrong and I had to park and go back inside. Another time they forgot an item and both Happy Meal toys, so again I had to park and go in. Today, I was told to pull up and the rest of my order would be brought out to me. I waited 15 minutes before going in and checking on it. I got a dismissive nod from an employee. Went back out and waited 5 more minutes before the only friendly, helpful employee i encountered, Todd, who actually was outside sweeping, came over and helped me out. He asked my order, went back inside for a bit, then came back out and asked for my receipt, went back in, and eventually came out with the remainder of my food (a chicken nugget meal and a large fry). He was extremely apologetic because i was clearly forgotten about (despite being only one of two cars parked in the lot) even though he had nothing to do with the mistake. Also, all the familiar employee faces i used regularly see are gone. Total turnover. I can understand why.

Read moreI came through the drive thru while it was still breakfast time on Sunday, June 1st. I ordered while it was still breakfast and waited a long time to get my food(approx. 20mins). After receiving my food, I verified the items and got a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel instead of the steak version I ordered. When I walked into the lobby I walked up to the counter but all the staff ignored me, the manager even looked at me. Why else would I be standing with a sandwich next to the counter? I got the attention of the drive thru attendant. He tried having the kitchen replace the item but there seemed to be a barrier language and they didn’t understand him. The manager finally came up to me and didn’t even try to make it right, he stated I’m going to give you a refund. I told him I ordered a steak bagel and he said they couldn’t make it. I offered to accept a lunch item but he asked me for a 1.25 dollar difference. When I stated I wouldn’t pay because of the inconvenience, he went to the kitchen and brought me what I thought was a fresh steak bagel. This is where I made my mistake , I got in my vehicle and when I finally ate the item I came to find out this guy gave me another Bacon bagel! Read moreIt was my first visit at this location. I ordered from the app before I drove there. Ordering from the app was easy and great. I ordered table service on the app. Once I arrived at the McDonald's, it was around noon, so it was pretty busy. The app instructs you to put in the number of the table you are going to be sitting. Well, I couldn't do that because none of the tables had numbers. So I asked one of the lady employees what do about the table numbers because you have none, and I get it that it was busy, but she responded to me like: "well we don't have table service so you need to enter 1 as your table number" Really? Like I was supposed to know that. The app needs to let you know if the location where you are going to get your food doesn't have a particular service or not. While looking for table numbers, I noticed that this McDonald's has an upstairs and outside decks upstairs as well. I ordered a filer-o-fish meal with 2 pieces of cheese, and 2 apple pies. My fish sandwich was hot and fresh, but why did they put my other slither of cheese on the side with the tartar sauce instead of with the other slither of cheese. SMH.
