2DAY I HAVE EXPERIENCE THE LOVE OF GOD ALMIGHTY IN MY SPIRITUAL JOURNEY.WALK IN 2 STAR BUCK WITH ONLY $1.77 ON MY CARD,I TALK 2 ONE OF GOD CHILD,DAT I ALONE GOT $1.77 IN MY CARD,IF I COULD GET A HAVE OF CUP OF COFFEE IN MY PERSONAL CUP.CAUSE THE LAST TIME I DIDN'T HAD MYCU,BUT I PAY 4 A SMALL CUP,JUST 2 CHARGE MY PHONE 2 LOOK 4 JOBS.THE BROTHER SAID I KNOW LET ME INFORM MY MANGER WHO WAS NXT 2 HIM,AT THE TIME&HEARD EVERYTHING DAT WAS SAID,SO I EXPLAIN 2 THE MANGER I ONLY GOT $1.77 CAN I AT LESS HAVE A LITTLE BITE OF COFFEE OR GET CREDITED 4 THE LAST TIME I PAY 4 ONE BUT NEVER DRANK IT CUZ DIDN'T HAD MY CUP.MANAGER TOLD ME SORRY WE CAN NOT DO DAT. I SAID OKAY THANK CUZ I WAS HOLD UP THE LINE.BUT GOD ALMIGHTY IS SO AWESOME IN JESUS CHRIST HOLY NAME,THAT ONE OF THE EMPLOYEE,HAND ME A DOLLAR,DIS IS WHERE I KNOW GOD ALMIGHTY LOVE 4 & FROM HIS CHILDREN.SO WHILE WAITING 2 PURCHASE THE COFFEE,GOD ALMIGHTY SENT HIS DAUGHTER 2 HELP HER BROTHER.THE WONDERFUL LADY IN FRONT OF ME,WAS BUY A GIFT CARD WHILE GETTING THE STAR BUCKS APP,SO I WAS ASKI G THE MANGER IF U GET POINT 4 IT,YES INDEED I WAS. TOLD,BUT WHEN THE WONDERFUL LADY FINISH HER PURCHASE OF HER COFFEE & GIFT CARD,SHE HANDED THE GIFT CARD 2 ME,LOVE WILL ALWAYS EXIS,WE JUST GOT 2 INNER STAND OUR BROTHERS & SISTERS SITUATION IN JESUS CHRIST HOLY NAME...

This is my second bad experience so I figured I’d take the time to express why. I usually go into this location 15 minutes before work to grab a bagel and a hot tea. Today I went in and requested my usual (jade citrus) . I paid and Zach confirmed my order and I even added a nice cash tip! Five minutes go by and due to my previous experience with a delay on putting a tea bag in hot water, “I asked is someone making my tea?” I was told yes . Ten minutes go by and I ask where my tea is and everyone looks around puzzled. Turns out jade citrus is no longer on menu but I was not informed of this when paying neither offered an apology by the manager. Needless to say, I was late to work! This location is uptown and people obviously are going there minutes before school/work! It is very important we don’t have customers waiting especially when there is NO line and it’s for a hot tea! Please let Zach know jade citrus tea is no longer on the menu. I’m free to be reached out to if management would like to offer an apology that I should have been given in store. I ordered a mobile order at 3pm on Saturday, May 3rd 2025. My 9 year old son came inside to use the restroom when I picked up. We asked one of the employees for the door code, which he gave right away, and then another woman employee came up and questioned if we purchased anything.

After that, while we waited over 10 minutes for 2 drinks, I listened to the same questioning woman employee complain about being there, claiming she was going to close the store down early because she "had things to do" when the store was open for another hour.

I understand why there is a lock on the restroom door, but requiring a purchase for a child to use the restroom is absurd. Let alone questioning actual paid customers on a slow Saturday afternoon.

I do not, however, understand complaining about being at your job... that loud so customers can hear you. No one is forcing anyone to work there, and the attitude/customer service doesn't fit the starbucks brand whatsoever.
