I usually come to this location quite often because it’s close to home. This morning like no other I go through they’re drive through and I smoke yes but I’m very aware to remove my smoke so it won’t blow in any of the workers face or even try to have it go out my window in to there’s. So as I get to the window before I get ready to pay the lady doesn’t say good morning she comes straight out and says we don’t allow smoking in our drive through because your smoke gets on us and our coffee. I looked at her and before I could speak she says in a rude way your total is this. So as I looked puzzled I accidentally drop my card open my door to pick it up and when I look back at her she has a rude face so I pay because I was in need of this coffee, she hands the drink to me and as I was about to ask for a straw she was about to close the window I ask she looks all mad. I just want to say there are ways to speak to people and let them know to be aware of no smoking. I would have politely put my cigarette out. I will never come back to this location this is the second time they have been rude to me. However, I was in this particular store yesterday afternoon and proceeded to put my order in for one drink. There weren't that many people in the cafe area, but I noticed several people standing around, waiting for their orders. I then noticed two or three men off to the side, waiting for their enormous mobile order to be filled. They must have been waiting for about 30 drinks, no exaggeration. But instead of alternating between their large order and everyone else waiting, they made the rest of us wait until they filled the large, mobile order. I was standing there for nearly 15 minutes before I asked if I could get my drink. The guy informed me that he had to continue working on the large order. Common sense and good business would have you alternate. It's not fair to make everyone else wait a substantial amount (possibly making them late for something) because you are 100% focused on a behemoth mobile order. That was...

I had explained that my order was going to be long, and I had came in with the day before hand too, it was the same girl with the same attitude, I was so stunned by the attitude that she had that I didn’t even have enough time to look at her name tag or anything she had blonde hair and bright blue eyes with a ponytail. She works mondays and tuesdays and i’m not sure when else, she kept rolling her eyes while I was ordering, she was straight up making faces as I’m ordering, not only that, but then she throws the change at us, and does not even help us pick up the change, even though the reason the change dropped was because of her rude service, I understand.
