If I could give zero stars I would! The owner was the most rude person! She must be a little off because I have not experienced anything like this. I walked in with my husband and my 86 year old mother to get hot chocolate and snacks. As we waited on the line my mother needed the restroom which required a code to enter. After waiting 10 minutes, I asked the owner for the code and she said somebody was in there. So I waited another 10 minutes soon realizing nobody was in there. Two ladies in front of me also said they saw a man walk out of the bathroom. So my husband asked for the code again and this time she said OK sure. Then two minutes later she said I need to let you in. We waited another few minutes and then she looked at me and asked, “Are y’all customers?” I responded, “ Yes we are.” Then in an angry tone she said , “ Y’all need to be patient!” I did not appreciate her tone so I added,” if we weren’t customers would you not let a senior citizen in the restroom??” she flipped out started pointing her finger toward the door and said we needed to leave. HIDDEN GEM!! I love this place so much! It was our first time here ever. How did I not know about this place?! It is so sweet and charming with great locally roasted coffee (they get from an actively serving military member from Chattanooga - currently deployed). Yummy cookie dough by the slice with keto, vegan, and gluten free options. They also have ice cream and bottled drinks.

We got almond milk lattes and macchiatos, with sugar free syrup. They were very good. The business is woman owned and everyone we met that works here is super nice. They are all about community. I love the trinket treasure chest and community bookshelf. There are also local artist stickers and crochet animals for sale. We hung out on a comfy couch and enjoyed books from their shelf while munching our keto cookie dough. Right across the street from the aquarium, it is conveniently located. I look forward to...

What a great place!! You really need to try it out. I loved the chocolate chip. I got a slice of chocolate chip cookie dough and 2 scoops of ice cream the first day. I liked it so much, we came back the next day and I got a whole loaf of chocolate chip! Plus, some various flavors for our kids back home. Liked it enough to get two T shirts! Downtown dough also has keto cookie dough if you are into that. The owner is so nice, she opened the store early for us to get stuff on our way out of town. She said she would send me some dough during my deployment. Gave a military discount, and was just a really nice person.

Update - went back after deployment and owner is still fantastic and the cookie dough is amazing. Bought some for now and some for later. The dough and owner are a real treat, and my whole family...
