It's something kinda romantic eating ice cream in the cold. Then been all wrapped up walking the World's Longest Walking Bridge on a cold day, with a full moon. Say what ! I got some Good News 😄 ! Great Place for a date 🌹. Well... I am trying to help ya out smile lol 😊 !! Regardless of whatever you guys are welcome. You are definitely at the Right Place. The Ice Cream Show is the happening place. It's Showtime, now it's Your time. Go check ✅ them out, and eat some delicious 😋 ice cream. It's an upscale version of ice cream 🍨. It's a little more 💰, but the Fun out weighs the Funds. Its located in the heart 💜 of tourism. The staff are all a lot of fun 😊. They are fixing a lot of ice cream on the run.They have several different flavors as you will see. They even have flavors for guys like me. I'm talking about fancy designs, shapes, and colors, no doubt. This is what their show is all about. You will find a flavor that can't be beat. You will definitely want to find a seat 💺 🪑. I went with my family to enjoy some ice cream and ended up having HAIR cream. We ordered 4 different small ice cream cups to try different flavors. One of the ice creams had a HAIR on top of it, so I went back right away did not even eat ONE SCOOP because the hair was right on top and I showed it to the manager requesting to get it changed for the same exact thing. The manager Corbin, did not want to replace it. He said that they don’t know where it came from and that I was taking ADVANTAGE of the place by requesting it to be changed where we did not eat even one scoop and I was requesting the same exact product not a different flavor or anything like that. I tried to explain that I do not feel comportable eating something that has HAIR IN IT, would you? I ended up having to purchase the same exact thing because it was for a child. I just think this was very bad customer service which honestly does not reflect all the other reviews I have seen. I hate that I and my family had to experience this and would not recommend this place to anyone. Even 2 clients waiting for their ice cream said the manager was making rhe wrong decision. This place beats Clumpies any day. We are from out of town ands were told Clumpies is a staple. We were not impressed. Came across the bridge and found ice cream show. Long line but we were willing to wait. And it was worth it!! Such a unique experience to have the add ins cooled up and in the ice cream. Very very good! Someone else’s review said the strawberries were the frozen yucky kind, so I was apprehensive. They were great in the ice cream though! We couldn’t tell that they were the frozen kind once chopped up and in the ice cream. They were a wonderful flavor! A few downfalls to our visit The place is a wreck. Needs a deep clean and for someone to be sweeping the floor and straightening the chairs throughout the day. Two tickets were lost when we were there and people never got their ice cream. They had to come back to the counter to ask. Also, my daughter ordered 3 toppings and I’m certain one of the toppings didn’t make it into the ice cream. Had me questioning if all my toppings made it in. At $0.70 to $1 per mix in, missing one is annoying.
