This was legitimately the WORST Starbucks experience I've had in my life. All of the other locations in Chattanooga & other cities I have been to from Clarksville, Nashville, Atlanta, even Las Vegas have all been wonderful. Customer service at this location was horrible. I ordered ahead on the app as that means of saving time for myself and to allow the workers to not feel rushed with any type of drink preparation. I ordered one drink and one cake pop today on the app 10 minutes prior to my arrival to the store. There was nothing wrong with my drink but I had to stand by the pickup station for 15 minutes waiting for one cake pop. Multiple people who ordered after me had their orders before I received mine, and at no point did any of the employees even attempt to assist me I had to speak up for myself. I asked for help from the girl behind the counter twice over the span of said 15 minutes, and I did so as respectfully as possible. I apologized for bothering her since I knew they had a high order volume & speaking from 6+ years of food service work experience, I know that is not easy to handle. However, she gave me an attitude & was snarky after I asked both times, again RESPECTFULLY, and when I received my cake pop after standing waiting for 15 minutes, nearly all of the sprinkles were gone. There are indentations of where they should be but I know that they didn't even fall off because there weren't any sprinkles in the bag, which makes me wonder if this cake pop was dropped on the floor or something, so I haven't even eaten it. I know this seems ridiculous and petty and like a first world problem. I won't argue that it's not but it is a waste of time that I will never get back and it caused me to have unnecessary anxiety because I felt like I was a burden to the employees working on this shift.

This is the best Starbucks in Chattanooga. They stayed open during the plandemic which I loved. They are also open 24 hours sometimes which is awesome (Update not anymore). Only have seen one other Starbucks that does that in Orlando. There are certain baristas that are amazing here and some not so much, it is really hit or miss. They make the best matcha teas!💚 A good tip if you want your drinks not as sweet is to ask for half the sweetener. The worst things that have happened here are getting an oatmeal without a utensil and today I got a banana bread they didn’t even take out of the plastic after I said I wanted it warmed. Lazy. I got napkins, so that is always a plus. One day I went through and the guy didn’t even give me back my change, so I had to go in. Better to pay with card here and have cash for tips. I would recommend always getting extra ice in the frappacinos. They have the coolest patio with a fire going next to it, so you can still hangout here even if the inside seating is closed. This is still the best Starbucks and I would definitely recommend it!🤎🤍💚 Update: Erin is one of the most warm and caring Barista’s I’ve ever had make my coffee. Makes it perfect every time. Deserves lots of recognition to her commitment to excellent customer service every time! Also, love Kate! Whoever made my drinks today did an amazing job! Not disgustingly sweet…everything was perfect!

I bought a small black coffee nothing in it and was up charged $2.90 and I never paid that price before at other locations I think something fishy is going on here I was kicked out of starbucks by a guy named Zell while within the advertised time in the picture 4:30 -11pm and he threatening to call the cops if I didn't leave immediately 11-30-24,and as I took a picture of said sign he ripped it off the glass in frustration, What the Hell???
