Oh how the mighty have fallen. TGI Fridays once was a good place fun place to get something to eat with the family .But not anymore arrived and where seated then waited 12 minutes for anybody to come to table .I had to get someone to find me a server .I ordered a does equis bottle beer my wife a water ,my daughter tropical tea .When server returned with drinks she had not brought my beer forgot to put in order for it then returned and told me that their was a problem with the tap and I couldn't get my beer .I then informed her that is was a bottle beer she said that's what they told her.l ordered a different beer then she came back with the original beer I ordered lol .food was poor my wife ordered no croutons on Caesar but they where on there anyway dry dry salad even 3 sides of horrible Cesar dressing couldn't help it .I had the slider and chicken kabob .not to bad but could have been much better .my daughters fried shrimp and cold fries average at best .I don't know how Fridays can continue with this level of horrible service and mediocre food .TGI Fridays standard's have fallen so far .No wonder nobody at Fridays on Friday !!!!.not sure I'll ever be back .consider this a Fridays obituary .

Ordered a center cut steak with shrimp and my wife ordered basically the same without the shrimp. We ordered our appetizer potatoes skins which come with cheddar cheese,my wife does not eat any other cheese other than mozzarella and it was one of the substitutions so we ordered it with mozzarella waiter comes back says they cant do that. So my wife asks if they can put the cheese on the side,waiter agrees...in come the the potatoes skins after we got our food mind you....so not pleased at all,the skins had the cheese ON them instead of on the side. But it only gets better from there. Our steaks were the only good thing in our meal. Broccoli was nasty,mash potato was dry,THE SHRIMP LOOKED LIKE IF THE WERE RETURNED BY ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND GIVEN TO US! AND THE GAVE MY WIFE SHRIMP WHEN SHE EXPLICITLY SAID NO SHRIMP! THATS WHY I STOPPED COMING HERE. ITS LIKE THE EMPLOYEES IN THE KITCHEN DONT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AND HAVE NO PRIDE IN THEIR WORK! DISSAPPOINTING INDEED. THIS WAS ONE OF MY FAVORITE PLACES. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!

The server was very friendly and super helpful with discounts and meal selections. Management was super friendly and eager to help with food distribution. The music was popping like ole skool 90s and food was delicious

I like to come here for late night drinks, I love the tequila sunrise for only $5 and the fridays sample are my favorite appetizer.. I always have a good time here
