Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Chester Township

Good but lack attention to detail. I ordered a club sub, a sub that comes with bacon. While they were making it, I noted as he was finishing up that there was no bacon. My friend noted this outloud as well. I paid and walked outside, thinking they put the bacon on first before the ham and turkey.

Luckily I decided to check before leaving, there was no bacon. When I walked back in, the girl who took his place raked her hand through my sub. Luckily it was a gloved hand, but still.. have some decency. A look was all it took to see there was none. I'm not out here to short change businesses on bacon, which while delicious, does not drive a person to commit fraud.

It could have been handled better, for sure. Hopefully these workers will continue with healthy amounts of skepticism but use a little bit of common sense and team communication when it comes to food...

1st visit...excellent! Service was outstanding as I needed my subs cut a special way and also requested sweet peppers. Sweet peppers should be offered along with the other standard dressing ingredients but it's not. Mike was super helpful and knowledgeable and packaged my large order up just perfectly. Really appreciate the attention to detail at a sub shop. It really is the small things that make the experience special. Love Jersey Mike’s!! Jersey mikes is very consistent from store to store, so the separation factor is service. And the new Jersey Mikes in Chester is top notch. I use their mobile ordering often and my subs are always there waiting for me as soon as I pull up. Always friendly, always professional. I have to say, I do like to watch when they are busy and watching the crew work hard to crank out sub after sub. It’s like a cold cut symphony. And the memory of some of these people is amazing. Keep up the great work and I’ll keep...
