Beach Please Drink Company — Restaurant in Cheyenne

I have never had anything from there before, so I was looking for some suggestions. The cashier didn't really give me any, but I figured things out to get an enjoyable drink. One request I would ask is for those who are sight impared, a portable menu or larger menu would be a very helpful option. Even if the cashier could have something on their screen to turn and show the customer would be great! The atmosphere in the business was bright and had good music playing. The temperature of the room was comfortable. A couple of suggestions from a customer service employee to the business would be 1.) Have a few select drinks to up-sale for unfamiliar customers. 2.) Have employees thank your customers for coming after picking up drinks or just saying thank you for coming as people leave. It's a place I could see...

Amazing staff! During our first visit to the store I asked the super young cashier what he recommended. He gave us an amazing overview of their entire menu. Staff members are always willing to recommend some delicious options. Service is swift, wait times do very depending on how busy they are. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this location. Here are a few of my most favorite observations: *Locally owned *Young staff (I assume most are teens or early 20's) that is being introduced to the workforce properly. They are all well trained in customer service and seem to like their jobs. Local food trucks can often be found in their parking lot. Prompt, friendly service with a smile.

The drinks was good but the assistant Manger is poor communication I couldn't remember her name but last time I came in I was able to get the 32 oz Cheyenne beach blend smoothie and the guy now how to make it but just today at June 6th 2023 I came in to try a different flavor with the smoothie and all of sudden she comes out saying that im assistant manager and I don't know how to make that and we can't be doing that....really because last time I came in I was able to get that last time first time coming in. That assistant manager neededs to know bout communications because she definitely needs to know how to talk to customers plus if the assistant manager doesn't know how to make stuff why is she still working...
