I happened upon this place after getting some stuff from an auction I bid online for. I originally come from Colorado and I have now found my favorite Italian restaurant! We were seated at a beautifully placed table with place settings for 4 people when we were a party of 3. We were offered drinks, given a small basket of rolls, and left with our menus. The fried ravioli appetizer was beautifully plated, flavors were spot on, and tasted amazing with or without the marinara dipping sauce. For the main meal we had the baked pasta sampler, chef's favorite, and fettuccine Alfredo with chicken(slight extra charge for chicken). The chicken was expertly cooked, tender and flavorful, the chef's favorite had an amazing flavor that can only be described as heaven in a bowl! The pasta sampler had really good earthy notes with a great tomato sauce backing. The dessert options were as amazing as the meal choices. However, if you are going to judge an Italian restaurant by any dessert, you have to try their tiramisu. Napoli's didn't disappoint! It was beautifully plated with a slight drizzle of chocolate syrup and a dusting of cocoa powder. I can't wait to eat here again! If you haven't been here you need to check this place out and find a small town, privately owned better version of olive garden!

Food: The chicken parmesan was great. Hot and delicious. We ordered a side of Alfredo sauce and it was as thin as milk and cost $4.50 for about an oz. The Atlantic salmon was not very good. Bland and not very warm. The asparagus was under seasoned and not very hot. The broccoli was not seasoned at all and was cold. Service: Our waiter was very, very hard to understand. We asked him what the vegetable was and he said "whatever they mix in the kitchen, maybe carrots and zucchini". He didn't check for us. Atmosphere: When arriving at our table my husband went to move a chair and the seat came off. It wasn't connected to the chair. The staff didn't show any concern at first but someone did come and exchange it. We didn't sit in it or need it. We let them know we were dissatisfied and they did give us 25% off. We travel through Cheyenne quite often but will not be eating here again.

This was our first visit, which made me wonder, "Why?" We arrived just before 3:00 PM. We were greeted and seated immediately. Very clean establishment. Our server, Tim, brought bread, water, and took our drink order. One Grey goose and tonic made to perfection. The bread is very good. I love the menu, which is small, but with great meals. Ceasars salad, Chicken Parmesan, and Sausage Pizzaiola ordered. Typically, a to go box is needed for chicken parmesan, but not this time. Both of us thought the tomato sauce was superb. Sausage pizzaiola is excellent, too, with black olives and mushrooms. Service was top shelf. We never had to ask for refills on iced tea or water. In short, we've found a new restaurant to bring family and friends. Restrooms are downstairs. I don't know if there is access to restrooms for the disabled.

3 flies kept landing on us and iour food . I asked the server to move us after the flies were getting worse. The server told us any other table would be the same. Flies at every table basically. He told us they tried to kill the flies but could not get rid of them. We changed tables and sure enough all the flies followed us. The server said it's thst time a year. My son's dish was so tiny. For 15 dollars. It was literally 3 small bites. It was the sampler. I don't recommend it . Flies continues to land us and our food so I waited for the server to return but he never dud. Not even one time to ask us how are food was. Nothing not even to see if we needed more water or wanted desert. I could not dollar eat my 19 meal which was not good and do not come with soup or salad. We couldn't eat the fresh baked warm bread as flies landed on all of it This place needs to be closed down if you have to eat with a bunch of flies landing on you and your food. The server never came back until we went to go get him. He has no customers as we got their rightwhentjey opened. The least he could have done was offer a discount or bring a free desert. Anything. I've never been so upset ever in y life. I lost my appointment and gave my expensive dinner to my dog. Zero stars for the server and an Italian expensuve restorraunt that expects you to eat your dinner with flies every where especially landing on your food. So disgusting and so nasty. I would not waste your time...

Horrible experience here, place is small which should mean they are able to effectively turn tables and customers. Wrong, walked in and got a table, was greeted , had our drink order taken (2 of us) and that was it. From then on service and timely service took a huge downturn. 4 other tables walked in slightly after us. The server started running around like it was the busiest restaurant in NYC, she started taking orders from people who came after us, food was going out to tables who came in after us and we still had not received our drinks or even an apology.

Maybe she was just overwhelmed, but there were only 7 tables in the room total.

We stuck it out after reading a review that the food was the best itialian they had ever had. Wrong again, I tried the taste of Italy and the person I was with had the salmon. After the food finally came out I was left wanting and disappointed, the Alfredo was bland and tasteless, just tasting like cream with no flavor or parmesean in the sauce. The chicken parm was OK but again very bland. The salmon was very moist but the flavor itself was just non existent bland apon bland.

I will say that one dish that was good was the lasagna in the taste of Italy, it had good flavor ,layers , and I personally would recommend it to anyone who goes here .

The lasagna is the only reason I'm giving...
