Rodolfo's Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Cheyenne

ZERO STARS. If I could give zero on everything I would. I used to love this place. They've always had horrible service, but the food usually made up for it. Tonight I ordered a breakfast burrito, they tried telling me they don't serve breakfast this late, which is untrue. They've always served breakfast 24/7 and even have a sign that says breakfast all day. The man taking my order was rude as usual. So instead, I ordered a chicken enchilada. I get all the way home(I had gotten a ride), to see that they've given me a SUPER small CHEESE enchilada. And yes he read it back to me and said "chicken enchilada". There's barely any cheese in it also. Literally, not enough cheese to fill a child. Pretty much corn tortilla drenched in red sauce. I couldn't go back, especially this late, with no ride, so I call and the man hung up on me even though I was overly polite, even for him having horrible customer service. I expected an apology, MAYBE, but at least them to have me come back in(if I knew they'd fix it I would have found another ride, but I knew they would have found an excuse) so I can at least have a side of the chicken that was PAID FOR, to take home n add myself. Nope. Every time I called they ignored me and hung up on me. Horrible establishment, horrible people who cant cook good Mexican food(they used to have great food but that went downhill, super disgusting and filthy inside, the female bathrooms usually have the locks broken on every stall and they're beyond thieves. I cant wait until they're shut down (it'll probably be over hygiene issues, for sure) and they put a good place to eat there. Even if they dont replace it with another food establishment, nothing would be much better. I genuinely used to love going here and now I'd rather eat at...

I had a disappointing experience at Rodolfo's Mexican Grill in Cheyenne that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff seemed rude and unhelpful. It was incredibly frustrating that no one understood English, forcing me to rely on Google Translate just to place my order. pick up laughing at me and my friends because we were transgender To make matters worse, they messed up my order and double charged me for four Carne Asada fries when I only ordered one. When I returned with my receipt to clarify the mistake, the staff just stared at me blankly, as if they had no idea what I was talking about. I clearly explained that I had ordered one and was charged for four, but they insisted I hadn't. At one point, a man even came out with a knife, which added an unsettling vibe to the whole situation. We literally just said let's get out of here and go back to the car and he came out the side door with a knife like walking towards us The atmosphere was sketchy and felt quite ghetto, especially at night. It’s disheartening to feel like you’re being taken advantage of, and it was good that I called my bank to address the extra $20 charge they took from my account for some thing i never ordered! The food made our stomach hurt I cannot recommend this place. Save yourself the trouble and look for a restaurant where the staff values customer service...

Whatch it with this place they Over charge and pocket YOUR MONEY!!! I went, I ordered chicken enchilada plate for $10.50 and the chili rellenos for $10.50 plus tax . The guy tells me $23.60 I felt like you just Rounded up a number for me. That sounded good but then I give up my card and go through a drive through. I pay while I'm sitting there waiting on my food. I get it alert on my phone. That says should I JUST CHARGED $32.76 . I wasn't dry through. I got out of my vehicle. I showed the guy what my bank statement just showed me. That was just directly taken off my card and I showed him what the receipt said. I said I don't care what you receive. Said you just went and entered in a different number. Because that's what he did, so he gave me the difference in my change. Cash, I gave me attitude. I AM SO MAD I THINK I THROUGH THE RECIEPTS AWAY OR ELSE I WOULD HAVE POSTED THEM !!!
