It’s a shame that the place sells Chai because it tastes nothing like chai!
I bought their masala chai and Bombay cutting chai.
Masala chai is the typical instant mix tasting chai. It was sweet even though we mentioned no sugar. I assume the instant mix they have has some sweetness.
You don’t name a chai as cutting chai and give instant mix liquid. It tasted nothing like a normal chai. I hope people don’t think that this is the authentic cutting chai. If they do, boy are they in for a surprise when they taste the normal chai.
The food is also nothing by great. We ordered Momos. Pretty standard heated frozen food.
Overall disappointed. To spend $22 for 3 cups of small chai and getting absolutely horrible tasting instant chai mix liquid is atrocious.
Edit: I read through the owner response.
As someone who has been drinking and making tea for the last 20 years, I strongly doubt the claim of the tea being freshly brewed and not pre mix. The texture and consistency of the tea strongly resembles a pre mix tea. I use pre-mix chai packets extensively when I travel and hotels in the US don’t serve desi chai.
But if it indeed brewed freshly, it has to be the worst chai ever to be made freshly. And I would recommend the chain employ people who know how to make the...

The Chai was usual and nothing special than what you get in a typical corner joint…
The Samosa chat tasted awful & cold and the quantity was too low for the price.
In fact the Desi Chai was overpowered with Cinnamon powder and is not mentioned in the description. In general Desi chai’s are more flavorful with Masala/Ginger/Cardamom notes but not the Cinnamon powder. Also, when I asked to remake it without the cinnamon powder, the Barista guy was insisting that it was my mistake I’ve ordered a Desi chai. He finally agreed to remake it when I quoted that Cinnamon is a spice and some people might be allergic to it and that it was not mentioned anywhere in the Menu. He then said it would take another 15 min to remake as it was super busy but he never did. There was a nice lady who helped me out finally when I came back after 15 min and she did remake it within 5 min.
I will have to appreciate their hard work though as it was super busy with customers waiting in lines. However, that doesn’t justify their poor quality & taste of Chai & Food.
Please improve your Chai standards and try to serve the Chats hot and...

The place is at a great location right in front of the bean at chicago. The place is small which is kind of usual for places in busy areas like this. Not much sitting area which is kind of expected.
We tried veg momo as chicken momo was limited and not enough for all of us. I could not believe the veg momo was all filled with spinach or some leaves, nobody makes veg momo like this. Chicken momo was average, not bad.
Please do favour by removing name of Nepal or kathmandu in front of dumpling in menu. This does not reflect the kathmandu dumplings at all. Kathmandu dumpling/momo are something else, these are nowhere near.
One thing good about this place is different tea options. Me being a tea lover and limited good tea options in the USA, this place does have some options for eastern tea which I appreciate.
Have a look at veg momo fillings...
