Oct 2024 We came here to get some poke bowls for dinner. Service was quick and polite, if tired. And the food was very delicious.

The inside was dimly lit with a few small tables in the front. It seems they divide ordering ramen and hot food (at the front) and ordering poke bowls (starting at the back). A regular poke bowl has 3 scoops of protein, while a large bowl has 5 scoops. And you get up to 8 toppings and 2 sauces. All the food items for the poke bowls were neatly labeled and facing the customer.

On the side counter were utensils, napkins, soy sauce packets, and free water. It also seems like you bus your own dishes here. Depositing the ramen bowls and spoons into a bin next to the counter, with more bins for trash and recycling.

There were men and women bathrooms in the back.

They were very generous with all the food portions, and it was all very delicious 😋. The proteins were yummy and tender, and the vegetables were decently fresh. An all around very satisfying poke bowl. We would definitely...

Wilted lettuce. Everything that they serve you is completely unseasoned. You can't try any of the dressings obviously before you put them on there so they all seem to be on the creamy side of things which in my opinion doesn't really suit a vermicelli bowl. Just overall really disappointed. I don't understand why they wouldn't season the things that they're serving. I realize you get to build your own bowl, but there was no way to add flavor. I got medium spicy and I can absolutely taste no spice at all. I got the purple dressing that's made of beets and it was all just incredibly bland. I'm visiting here from Seattle and we have a very authentic Asian cuisine available to us all the time and I'm probably just very spoiled. But I definitely would not go back to this place. All of that stuff should be at least seasoned with a...

Update: service and orders have been back to normal. I've been really happy with the quality of their food and service.

The food is great, but their attention to orders have been bad lately. I've been getting lunch here almost every week for about 2 years now. Ever since coming back to the office, my order has been wrong EVERY time. With covid, I do not want to have to open the bag in the store and examine it closely, so i guess I'll have to wait for in person ordering.

As a long timer costumer, I am disappointed in getting scallop and shrimp instead of salmon or no sauce or even regular rice instead of purple rice (which is the main reason why I like this place). I'd rather wait an extra 10 minutes to know my order is right rather than someone throwing in random things to fill...

I found it’s really weird walked passing by this place that its a poke restaurant with a big poster advertising braised beef noodle soup. We finally tried it out a couple of weeks ago. And it’s even weirder that I think it’s the best braised beef noodle soup in town! The beef was juicy and tender and flavorful. The soup super tasty and well balanced. The noodle was cooked to perfectly al dente. The black garlic ramen was also okay but I felt its lack of salt, tasted a bit bland. Another thing is that server ask us if us want our noodle spicy and we said yes. And both the noodle turned out to be super extremely spicy. Like in a real Thai or Mexica spicy. It would be the best if they could warn about it. Will definitely come back all the time for the braised beef noodle!
