Jelisha the store manager is rude and unhelpful. She went back on someone else's word.
There was an issue with an Uber eats order. One ONE drink from the order was made wrong. After calling around to find the location that made the order I found out uber eats picks up only from a store made for Uber eats order. BUT this store has a night manager that was very kind to say she could remake the ONE grande matcha that was messed up. I said I'd come in the next day before my shift. Come to meet Jelisha. I tried to explain what happened and who I spoke to. I proved I had a receipt. Jelisha said no, also that supposedly the manager i spoke to didn't leave my name or any notice of the situation. And since it wasn't her store it wasn't her problem. Then jelisha proceeded to say I wanted the entire previous order remade which is not what was stated. That was the cherry on top to not come back to starbucks.
To be clear. The order was 3 drinks. A refresher. A white mocha latte. And a matcha white chocolate cold foam. The matcha had so much matcha it was very dark green and still had a lot of clumps. I did report to Uber but they have only responded automated that nothing...

I don’t know if he just mentally was having a glitch or was scared to finish saying the order back… but he just gave up and gave me whatever. The barista making my drink did wonderful with what he was given. But the actual manager messed up the entire order. Down to the milk which I couldn’t even drink. Make sure you finish reading back each order to make sure it’s correct. It would be nice to see more employees a available to ring up orders because he seemed more focused on telling an employee how well he handled a situation. They called my drink once with the wrong name and I ended up waiting for 30 minutes (and checking at the drink counter twice for it). The first time I asked (5 minutes in) if I missed it, and they told me to wait to hear my name. Then when I checked a second time (after 30 minutes of waiting) they loudly complained I picked it up so late.
