I recently visited the cumin club stall kitchen offering Indian dehydrated food, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors and variety they offered. From the aromatic biryanis to the crispy snacks, everything I tried was packed with deliciousness.

Very poor delivery time and response time on chats. This has happened twice. The order was promised to be delivered within 3 to 5 business days but was not, creating inconvenience. At one time, it took more than two weeks for them to deliver. The order was on hold and not shipped untill I reminded them after a week to check on why the order had not been shipped for over a week. Unprofessional. It should be the providers job and not the consumer's to remind them to fix a stuck shipping/pending order and the second time happened right after that with no delivery untill the 5th day. False promises are made on chat for delivery when indeed the delivery is still in initial stages. Ambiguous information is provided. Horrible experience so far with delivery. VERY DISHONEST COMPANY. I placed an order with this company. Waited over two weeks for an item to restock. Setup a subscription and waited. They sent me someone else's order. It took them days to send me a return label and they promised to send the correct order. Here we are over a month later and they refunded my money silently without even fulfilling their promise.

There best they'll do is reply to that this isn't about their meal delivery service. This page is about their restaurant. But a company that isn't truthful with their customers isn't truthful.
