Big Sauce — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

Food: Big Potatoes are amazing and a must order. Perfectly crispy and salty. We ordered 10 wings with half Big Sauce and half spicy sauce. The Big Sauce had a little sweetness to it and were more crispy than the spicy sauce half. They're definitely big and enough for two moderately hungry people with the fries. The homemade ranch was also awesome!

Service: We drove over and paid for street parking ($5/hour) since we thought dine-in was available and wanted to eat the wings as fresh as possible. It was not, and only online ordering available. After sitting in the car for 15 mins, we checked on our order and the woman at the front was not helpful. She told us to check back at the pick up order time without noting our name when we were clearly sitting in the car waiting. Another car showed up for pickup (smart guy) and his order wasn't ready. Pretty certain our order was sitting there for 15 mins since we saw a gentleman come down and no one else picked up in the meantime. After waiting for the full 30 mins indicated in the online ordering system, the same gentleman came out and asked us and the other car for our names and immediately brought our orders out. Very thankful for him, but the woman could take note of his customer service skills. Since our order was sitting, that may have contributed to soggier wings.

Recommendations: Add descriptions to the sauce. Add a note somewhere on the site or in the Google Maps About/Updates to indicate online orders only so others don't make the same mistake as us If possible, implement a notification feature so waiting customers know when their order is ready, especially if it's prior to the original...

I’ve been trying to find great wings in Chicago for years and this is honestly the best I’ve come across. I’ve only done delivery and the wings still hold up really well -- crispy, flavorful, not soggy at all. I’ve had the big sauce and the golden sauce so far and both were super good, really balanced flavors. Way better than a lot of other spots I’ve tried, and even the ranch is better than usual. Everything just tastes really fresh and homemade. Also, definitely order the potatoes... they’re so good. Crispy on the outside, soft inside. Can’t wait to try the creole sauce next time. Easily the best wings I’ve had in the city. Only con is it is a little pricy but it's worth it for good...

Best wings I’ve ever had. I tried the big sauce, creole, and gold sauces. Each one was incredible. The wings are big too. Ten will more than fill you up especially if you get them with the potatoes…and you should. The potatoes are awesome. Honestly, get more than you can eat because I brought extras home for my family. They were still super crispy and delicious out of the refrigerator. These wings are going to take Chicago by storm. I’ve eaten Bird’s Nest’s wings and Jake Melnick’s and pretty much anywhere who would claim to have the top wings. There’s no comparison. These are so much better than anything...
