First time visiting this restaurant and happy I did! I got the Tomato Burger combo (burger, coleslaw, fries, drink) and asked for their house sauce.

Never seen a burger made like this before, definitely is unique! Cooking a burger like this changes the texture and taste of it, since it is all cooked together at once. It did taste amazing, however I did miss the fresh lettuce and was lacking in my likeness for different textures while eating a hamburger. Saying that, potentially a different kind may give way for different textures to be produced. For some reason the cheese felt very cheesy in the mouth. I'm not sure if they used more than a standard burger, but just felt like a lot of cheese when taking a bite. (I'm not complaining really, just was noticeable.) I also wish there were other cheese options to sub for, but with this resturant just opening recently they still have a lot of opportunity for growth and expansion. Bit disappointed with the amount of coleslaw given, but enjoyed it. And wished I asked for extra sauce - I found the sauce nice to add to the burger, but also did dip the fries in it! Fries were standard, but good!

While I did do takeout, the environment was welcoming and nice for the time I was waiting and the staff was friendly and polite.

SUAT AND THE FAMILY ARE HERE TO MAKE AN IMPACT! This is a brand new local burger spot, unlike anything I promise you’ve ever experienced. The food is simply delicious. The meat is so tender and juicy without making the freshly baked bun soggy. The house special sauce adds a fantastic hint of spice, and I promise, when they start selling bottles, I’ll buy it. They currently have beef and veggie patties, but are working on getting chicken added to the menu as well. Liquor license is also in the works so hopefully soon, you’ll be able to get a beer with your burgers! We got the jalapeño and the mushroom bun burgers. We made no modifications so we could get a good idea of the foundation of the burgers and their flavors. They did not disappoint! If the food isn’t enough to sell you, simply take 5 minutes to speak with the owner or any of his staff, who are also his family. Suat is so kind, and exciting. His joy for this business, for bringing it to Chico and seeing the impact it has made in just 5 days, will convince you this business is worth your time and money. We will be back, without a doubt!
