easily the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. frequently slow, frequently wrong, and my last experience proves it's not just me. went in, ordered food. had to wait a few minutes to order because they are required to take care of drive thru first, that's a known thing, can't fault them for that. it's just a poor system. but I order my food, take a seat, and less than a minute later someone drops a sandwich and a drink off in front of me, apologizes for the wait, and the order being wrong the first time. I'm confused. there's only one other person in there. I look at it, totally not my order. I bring it up, give it to them, they look confused, and the person who's order it's actually supposed to be walks up and asks if it's theirs. not a good sign. so I sit back down. i turn on my phone, watch a YouTube video. and wait. play a game on my phone. wait. still says my number in "now serving". no other customers inside. a few drive thru orders I see them prepare. ok, well I'm getting the crispy chicken, sometimes they need to make a fresh one when they run out. normally other McDonald's will tell you.. but whatever. so I wait. 25 minutes. I'm on a half hour lunch. I walk up, mention the time. the guy looks confused. i show him my receipt. 6:02. he still looks confused. i tell him it's 6:27 now. he looks at his watch and agrees. I tell him I only have a half hour lunch, how long is it going to take, showing him my receipt. this is the guy that took my order mind you. he still seems confused. so I ask him "have you even started my order yet?" light dawns on marble head. then he looks confused again. "i thought we gave you your food". forget it, give me my money back. and somehow.. they can't figure that out either and have to try at 2 different registers. .. this isn't an isolated thing. this location is trash. drive 2 minutes up the street to the other McDonald's or a burger King (not a great burger King, not a terrible...
Read moreUsually I have a pleasant experience at this location but today one of the employees at the drive thru register purposely didn't give us our change back and bc we wouldn't just drive off, after a long while she finally opened the window and was like "excuse me? Do you want like your 3 cents back?!?!" And we were like "um actually it was 8 cents". And she put on a whole show before finally giving us the change back, shaking her head and making huffing noise like we did something wrong when in actuality,she did and she clearly did it with intention. I have known many people that have worked for McDonald's and have bragged about not just stealing customers change by not giving it back but also by stealing donations from the Ronald Mcdonald fund, which is why I never donate to it. They claim they make hundreds extra each week by doing this. She also purposely did not give us a receipt like they usually do at this location. There was also no name tag. The girl though was very young, petite, long dark curly hair pulled back in a ponytail with two straightened bangs one on each side of her head. All the people that I have heard brag about doing this over the years, are all junkies, criminals and homeless. They are all 3 of those things at once no this or that because that is what this kind of shady behavior leads to. If we don't speak up on principle, then we're just enabling this behavior, that creates people that everyone complains about having to support with our taxes, even though we create these people by enabling this behavior. Read moreI really loved this McDonalds. I have been here twice this past week and both times here have been great. The place is clean, the staff is really friendly, the wi-fi is really good/fast (unlike the other McDonalds on memorial), the iced coffee was pretty good. What I liked most was the cashier saw the person in front of me was in the military because of his ID card and the cashier said, "I see that you're in the military, would you like the 10% discount we offer our military members". That was nice, and when I ordered my iced coffee I sat down to turn on my computer and stuff one of the cashiers-it may have been the manager- brought the coffee to my table. I am very happy with this McDonalds--hands down the best one I've ever been to--and I am looking forward to my next visit here.

The general manager here does an incredible job keeping things flowing smoothly behind the counters (fast service, happy cashiers, happy customers), he also walked around introduced himself to all the customers and informed them of the Valentine's Week Special this McDonalds is hosting.
