This review is for especially regarding Store Manager Sam, she has really bad attitude and customer service, i am trucker, i parked my truck in the yellow line front of the road of store, to get the starbuck, when i enter the store co called store manager start yell on me that i cn’t park my truck their, i told her that i will move as soon a get the coffee, plus your are responsible for store not for road, and 2 cops already passed my truck when i parked their, they could have pulled me over if i parked wrong, but they just passed my truck, still she disaggreed with me, then i went outside moved my truck far away from the starbucks, then come back, still she was not happy, then i moved my truck third time to the hotel parking lot, and come again to the store to get the coffee, she was again yelling on me, all her co workers were laughing behind of her back, and even the customers too, it was to embarrassing for me at that time, i was like i am just gonna get the coffee, she said we are not gonna served you, you can leave or i will call the cops, i had to come back without gett coffee . store was not that busy at all. that way we can say like she was busy or something, trucking is very hard job. every one knows that, i felt like i am Asain thats why she was doing this. never ever recommend any of my friend to go this store. Was told by the manager I was putting her job on the line and she could get fired. Now after reading the other comments it sounds like she's just a drama queen with a victim complex, but if Starbucks REALLY has you fearing for your job over a damn cup that's ABUSE! They shouldn't treat you or threaten you like that. I don't know if the store manager is the problem or if it's the district manager or who, but you don't treat your employees like that, period. The lot and store was completely empty of customers, so I proceeded to the drive through. Samantha was condescending and talked down to us when we got in the drive through, according to Samantha she has to make all in-store orders before she can make online orders.
