Stopped on my way home from work today. Usually, I stop in the morning, and will make note to not stop after 4 again, as the morning crew is FAR superior and have never messed my order.
When I pulled up, I asked the girl through the drive through if they had the plain glazed munchkins because I wouldn’t want them if they did not have that kind, and she confirmed that they did have them. I placed my order, and pulled up. There was only one car ahead of me, I saw one drink being handed to them out the window after waiting for a longer time than it should have been, and then once I pulled up it took them five minutes to even look at me or open the window to take my card, and when they did they just shut the window again and walked away.
She came back, after already charging my card, and informed me that they didn’t have the glazed munchkins, right after I literally asked in the window before placing my order, and my card was already charged for them. I took another variety in its place, because I was not offered a refund, and they were all so dry that they were inedible.
I then sat there and waited additional time for the drink they did not hand me that was just sitting on the counter, which, was also wrong, as they added nothing but cream, and no flavoring. I had to dry it off with tissues in my car because the coffee of the outside of the cup.
Wish I would have noticed prior to leaving the location and driving home that the coffee and donut holes were all not tasty. This was a bad experience and I was super bummed, I have worked in food my entire life(including during this pandemic), and know how it can be. But, I don’t think it’s that hard to provide quality service and product.

Read morePam and Ava are the most unprofessional and condescending people you will ever meet. Pam can’t even make a coffee right or take your food allergies into account. Such as no milk or cheese. Ava will just blatantly ignore anything you say regarding what size of drink you want, and can’t even clean the caramel syrup off her hands while she hands you an ice water. Last time I checked ice water does need caramel. Neither of them wash their hands, after coming out of the bathroom but will complain openly how dirty and sticky their hands are. Twice they’ve given me the wrong order and both times they gave me attitude and just mock me to the other employees in the back where I can still hear at the drive through window. My kids saw everything. I had to keep my teenage daughter from correcting their bad customer service. Not worth it. This place is trashy and unclean and needs to be reported to the health department. How in the hell does this place continue to keep its doors open? What happened to clean kitchen requirements and health...

Not only do they make my drink incorrectly, and NEVER give me the extras I pay for, MOST of the girls that work there have MAJOR attitudes as if me asking for extra cinnamon sugar is somehow inconveniencing them!. Go somewhere else one might say, I WOULD LOVE TO however this is literally the only place to get coffee on my way to work.
