Food is okay, better than mcd. Service is good if a manager is present, if not, the children behind the counter think it's playtime. Also they really struggle to get the order right at times. Sometimes they are great, get everything right, good service, etc., sometimes it takes three to four tries for them to get the order right, all while giving you attitude. For example, the latest one is I ordered a chicken sandwich, no mayo. I got a hamburger. I took it back and explained it to the counter girl. After an annoyed sigh, she went back and a couple minutes later bright out a chicken sandwich. When I unwrapped it it had lots of mayo. I took it back. She was very annoyed and somewhat rude to me at this point. I said I would just like to get what I ordered and paid for. She takes the sandwich, goes back again, and comes out with another chicken sandwich. This time I open it at the counter. It is a chicken patty on a bun, that's it, nothing else, no lettuce, nothing. So I asked for my money back and she mumbles that if I just took it how they make it, it wouldn't be a problem. I asked to speak to the manager, who, if course, wasn't there. So I walked out. It will be a while before I go...
Read moreI don’t even know where to start. As we were walking in a nice guy greeted us. Took our order and everything was fine. We sat down and our food was ready. We got the food and the fries were cold and old and so was the spicy chicken sandwiches. My mom, Being super nice might I add. Told them that the fries were cold and we wanted the moneys worth. The curly haired lady who had a grey jacket on needs an attitude check for sure. My mom said “sorry” in which she shouldn’t have to say. The lady rolled her eyes, stared at my mom and didn’t say anything. Now I work in customer service and If I did that I would have a talk to by my manager and even owner. OH, not to mention I walked in there and none, NONE, of the employees were wearing gloves 🤢🤮. Employees seemed very unhappy and were not even showing smiles or anything. Except for the one guy. He seemed new and actually hard working unlike anybody else there. The rest of the employees definitely need shown how to treat customers and at least put on a fake smile. It’s part of the customer service....
Read moreI particularly Love the Chippewa, PA Wendy's. Since we moved to the area in 2016 they've come to know us by our order and always provide fresh made to order food as requested. Being a former employee of Wendy's, I know fresh food when I get it. Tonight, was different. The shift supervisor seemed upset in his body language and facial expression as I went up and requested that my spicy chicken sandwich to be fresh for the second time. Again, working at a Wendy's, i know that at times you can just get a bad piece of chicken in a bag and despite it being fresh, it can be bad in appearance ot taste. I never give "looks", attitudes or any kind if negative body language when my order is not made to my liking simply because I know how hard it is working fast food. Thus supervisors negative response definitely makes me reconsider returning. The silver lining was the employee working front register who kindly looked at me and said that they would...
