Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Christiansburg

I’m really disappointed with chipotle because I LOVE their food so much and eat here religiously which is why it gets 3 stars but the service was trash today, it seems between here and the radford location something is always off. I go to the christiansburg location today and they are out of both steaks, except they have maybe 10!pieces, not even, left of the garlic steak so I tell her i can just take what’s left, she then only gives me maybe 5 pieces of it instead of all that’s left? I ask if they have any more at the drive through area and she tells me no so when I get to the register I ask the lady at the register and she gladly got me some from the drive thru area. I’m well aware they probably aren’t suppose to offer from the drive thru area but the lady who made my bowl told the cashier to ring up a garlic steak bowl and if I was getting charged 14 dollars for it then I needed more than 5 pieces of steak.. the lady from cashier gets me more steak and then I buy a drink. I fill my drink and see that there is no lids so as the cashier was busy I ask the lady who made my bowl for more lids to which she told me they had none, again, I then asked the lady at the cashier and she got me one. I work in fast food as well and I get it’s stressful but you don’t just make stuff up,...

This is not the best run Chipotle, having been to numerous locations in several states... the food has never been bad here..but the presentation, so speak, doesn't "pop" when you look at the food prep line. Each time I've went in, the rice is almost empty/dried out..the meats look like they've been sitting in the warmers for quite a while..and each time I've been, the lettuce is anything but fresh. You get what you pay for, so it is what it is. In fairness to this location..their location kills them business wise right now, which in turn affects the previously mentioned... I hope things improve for them, as the marketplace opens up, and the overall flow improves.

update while I don't typically frequent the blacksburg locations, this location still leaves much to be desired, in my opinion. Probably won't eat at this location again.

Update 2-2-24 this is the worst run Chipotle I've ever experienced. I've tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, after having been disappointed on numerous occasions...would literally recommend any restaurant in Christiansburg, other than here. I can only assume that ownership doesn't care, or they would make some changes..as this has gone on for some time now....

Absolute garbage chipotle. They're always super stingy with the meat. Never have pick up orders out by the promised time even if order was made hours before. I've gotten chipotle 3x this week because it's close to my job. Each time there was an issue.2x I ordered on my phone for pick up through the drive thru and 1x dine in. I have 30 mins for lunch I made my order 2 hours before knowing that sometime it takes time to get my food. But I was in line for 45 mins to get my food I couldn't go into the lobby since they closed it. 2nd time they got my order completely wrong adding things I didn't ask for and not what I did also ordered double meat and there was barely any. Dine in experience even worst my bowl was practically empty. I asked and paid for double meat option and the employee put half a scoop in 2x. When I talked to the manager nothing they could do. I'm not from christiansburg I just moved here but God I don't think I've been to a worst chipotle in my life. They have definitely lost me as a customer. I work in retail and I try to be understanding because I know what it's like to have rude or impatient customers but I can say that this is not on the customer it's on the...
