okay where to start I work in fast food well kind of fast food but anyway I work in a restaurant I understand if you're busy things get messed up or just take a little bit longer to make but when you're dead in the Drive-Thru dead in the lobby and you still manage to produce horrible customer service horrible food horrible remade food then you're either having all of you horrible day or you do not know how to do your job this is the first time I've ever made a review towards a dining experience but today was the worst well I won't say the worst but definitely Mount Rushmore of bad experiences going to a restaurant pound for pound I get it if you're short staffed I might even get it if you're having a bad day but there is no excuse no excuse for bad customer service in a restaurant that is the most important thing you should be worrying about especially especially if you're the person in charge and you are the worst one of the bunch restaurant owners today need more than ever for their employees to be at the very least nice I know it's Wendy's I know me writing this review ain't going to matter I'm not trying to get anybody fired I'm not trying to get anybody in trouble just hoping maybe one of y'all that were in that store today reads this and maybe just maybe take a little bit of pride in your job I know it's just a restaurant job but take a little bit of pride be nice to your customers especially when you're not busy just show a little bit of effort just a tiny little...

No long line pulled straight up and my order was taken. 1 step daughter got a large chocolate frosty the other step daughter wanted a small vanilla frosty, no vanilla frosty đ«€ All they have is chocolate or pumpkin so that sucked for my step daughter it she switched and got chocolate instead. Pulled up to go to the 2nd window there was 1 car waiting for their order in front of us and it took FOREVER!!!! Finally after like 10 mins I saw the Wendys employee give the customer in front of us their change back and handed one bag of food. We thought the person was leaving but never moved sooo we were still waiting and after another 10 mins went by there were 3 other bags handed to the person ahead of us , so the person still sat there I assume checking all the bags to make sure their order was correct then pulled away.    Read moreI'm so over this place !!! We travel to see my husband on the weekends because he works out of town here . and he eats at this place frequently and likes to eat here. He has never had a problem. but he only ordered one meal. when we come as a family with two adults and three children there's always a problem . last week they forgot the chicken nuggets so the manager refunded our money and recharged us for our meal to add 99 cents chicken nuggets . now we're back up here . and you guess it We are at Wendy's again and guess what They messed up our food again now it's over 2.00 now to let you know that last weekend I still haven't received my $ 29.?? back and I contact my bank and they said because it's out-of-state it can take up to 7 days , it's happening again I'm wondering if I'm ever going to get any of my money or if I'm just going to keep double paying Wendy's for their mistakes and then the female manager gets an attitude with us like it's our fault!!!!!! on the weekends I will never step foot in this Wendy's...
