Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Chula Vista

Very unhappy with the handling of points for the Loyalty Program (among other things). I've purchased 2 giants on two of the last three Sundays at this establishment prior to today, and each time I was unable to access the system but was told by the cashier that my points would be added when the system came up. Today, the young man assisting me was very polite but when I asked him if my points could be checked he told me that I have 42. Four giants should total 48 points and I'm sure that I had points on my account prior to my first recent visit to this store but had been unable to access the website to find out how many. The cashier basically ignored my concerns about being shorted points in the pass and repeatedly kept focusing on making sure that I was credited with the correct amount this time. I felt that he purposely tried to steer me away from the issue. After finally asking him directly what was going to be done about the missing points he admitted that nothing would be done. If they could add them before I feel that he could have added some this time. Additionally, after arriving home I discovered that the Vinegar and Oil that we requested on the side was missing. Finally, the first time that I visited recently they neglected to mark the bags so I had to open all three sandwiches to try and figure out which one had mushrooms and which did...

Jersey Mike's is a good place to eat. I recently tried one of their cookies and it was so good, just like their sandwiches. It's a really yummy place to eat and the reasoning of why i'm giving it 3 stars is because 1st of all, I like subway better. Sorry. Second of all, I feel as if the place has some issues with the cleaning department. The counter tops are messy with pieces of bread and lettuce allover the place. Also the bathrooms are disturbing. They usually are never clean. Other than the neatness issues its a cool place with a great theme. They cut the pieces of ham and cheese in front of you and the last time I went a really nice person...

This place has always been meh for the decade+ I've lived here, I only gets hot subs, but the last time I went they literally mix and matched between two sandwiches in an order, but missed the meat off both. It was like a commitment was made to get everything wrong lol. I wasn't even mad: I was impressed.

edit: update, a friend went there and asked if I wanted anything. Asked for a Hot Honey Chicken Cheese Steak. Somehow, they put guacamole in it lmfao. I feel like my mind has been opened to be able to witness such sandwich...
