I've been wanting to try Dope! for awhile now and went for the first time this week during Asian Cuisine Week. I ordered the $10 ramen special and got the Pork Belly Miso Ramen. I felt the ramen was just sub-par. The broth itself I felt like didn't have much flavor and it was lukewarm. I want my broth piping hot that it fogs up my glasses while eating. I got the chili oil on the side since I'm not a fan of spicy ramen but I did add a little bit to the broth after I noticed it didn't have much flavor without it. I probably would not order this again if I have to pay the full $16 for it when it's not on special.
Service wise, the woman working the register was friendly and efficient. I was the only person in the restaurant a little after 11am. You order at the counter first, get a number, and then find a table. They bring out your food to your table when it is ready. My food was ready pretty quick...I probably waited around 5 minutes. The restaurant is decorated in a 90's hip-hop vibe with hip-hop/rap music playing in the background.
All in all, it was a decent lunch but there are other much better ramen restaurants in the area. I'd be willing to come again though and try some of their appetizers...

My bestie and I happened upon this “DOPE” place after a quick search on Google for dumplings to celebrate the Chinese New Year. You won’t find any issues with locating the place and there is FREE Parking next to the building. Now let’s get in to the vibe! If Issa Vibe was a place…well let’s just say “Dope” is 👏🏾THAT 👏🏾PLACE👏🏾! Let’s talk music! If your into really great music you will love old school hip-hop sound coming through the speakers! This place is great for a great meal with your closest friends or family! Grab a menu, seat yourself, then go to the counter once your ready to order. Bestie and I ordered a pork ramen, Dope wings, ginger wings, kimchi, chicken and veggie dumplings and a slew of other things. The food was made to order with the freshest ingredients! The lemongrass chicken bao buns and Dope wings were the best! We ordered too much food for two people. Happy hour is M-F from 2-6pm 🥳💯🔥
