I went to a Dunkin Donuts on yesterday Morning 11/14/16 at 11:16 a.m. and i was walking up to a Counter and waiting and i see a Tall Lady is a new worker and never see her before. I was trying to get a Decaf Medium Iced Peppermint Mocha Crème Brulee Latte with 8 Pumps of each and i whip creme. And she cut me off and say "We don't have a Crème Brulee'" and i said "Ok let me think about it for a minute" and i asking for something else and ask for the Decaf Iced Salted Caramel Pumpkin Spice Latte' and Pumpkin Spice Muffin and i pay for it and i got a Recipe and she asking me "Do you want a Cream and Sugar" and i said "Yes" and i walking up to the Coffee Station area and i see her put a Decaf Coffee to the Cup and i trying to Explaining to her that "I wanted a Latte" in 3 Times and still don't listening to me and i didn't asking for it. Than she put a Whip Cream on it and handling to me. And i went back up to a Counter and that Manager name is Kenneth M. And i trying to explaining to him what drink i want and he keep saying "Oh i hear you 3 Times asking for a Iced coffee 3 times" But i didn't ask for a Iced Coffee. Then he went through the Cashier to see the records and i didn't asking for and i was asking for a Decaf Medium Iced Salted Caramel Pumpkin Spice Latte with 8 Pumps of Salted caramel and 8 PumpsPumpkin spice Swirl. And they finally give me what i want at first and then i pay a Dollar $1.79 because the Lady didn't pay a Attention to my Order and never been Train Properly and i don't understand the Sorry Manager didn't Train the People in Dunkin Donuts and last time he was Nice and next minute he was Mean as heck He was a 2 Faced Manager and should'nt be running a Business anyway. And i finally got my Drink and trying to explained to a Worker i wanted a Whip Cream and Pumpkin Swirl and Salted Caramel and she say "We don't have it" and give a Caramel on Whip Cream and which i didn't ask for. And i not be going to DD's no more and is a Lack of Communication and Service. And i left this Place for Good and is a Poor Manager and Poor Employees and don't have no Sense...

I order cold brew frequently and have been to other locations in the area where this is never the case, they are very polite and accurate with orders. Last two times I’ve been here the staff has been reflect some of the poorest customer service I’ve seen at ANY drive-thru… once was questioned because I don’t get cream or sugar then did not put the sweet cold foam on my coffee and cut me off mid order like she didn’t listen as soon as I said cold I was trying to say sweet cold foam and cut me off asking about what size before I could even finish my sentence… in the past they constantly had infrequent consistently in taste every single time with the same exact order. Read moreI really enjoy Dunkin' Donuts, I get a cup every day and I always tip the nice employees, however today this lady might have been having a bad day or something, because she told me that I couldn't have any jelly and that they did not stock it at that location. she was very difficult, when taking my order... It's almost like she was upset that she couldn't hear me on her microphone and took it out on me when I ask for condiments. When I ordered my large vanilla iced coffee, she told me there was an upcharge for them to drizzle mocha on top of the whipped cream... She was really trying to overcharge me, so question to the public is it a franchise location at this particular Dunkin Donuts or is there a global code where they all have to have good...
