An employee gave me and my friends a hard time while we where here, some of us where buying items while the others where just walking and waiting, I understand if we weren’t allowed to just ‘hang out’ in the store but we where shopping. Even so, if we were not allowed to just stay in the store as a group, and if we where loitering I would understand if they wanted to kick us out for being disruptive or causing problems but we were not being loud, we were not being destructive, or anything yet the employee was automatically very defensive and rude to us while escorting us out as if we where causing trouble. We listened and complied with no force needed, but understandably was upset about the treatment we where getting. Again I understand if they wouldn’t have allowed us to just stand around, we would have happily left without any problems but it was the way we where treated that made all of us upset. Amanda was a delightful artist who proved invaluable in helping us find a solution to creating fine details on canvas when painting. Her suggestions were helpful, not only in making us aware of the various options available in different types of media, but also considering our particular needs and level of expertise. She showed us the full range of products and price ranges. Her product knowledge was vast and made shopping a pleasure.

It was interesting to note: For people with carpel tunnel or issues with tremors and gripping, they offer paint brushes with silicone grips really inexpensively. There are watercolor pencils and oil-based pens in a variety of shades, colors and thickness. And Craftsmart chalkboard paint was available also.

This store is utterly amazing & GIGANTIC!! I went there because I got a gift card for Christmas & I spent almost an hour just trying to look at everything. Absolutely ANY craft idea you have they will have the stuff you need for it... I may want to start making my own jewelery from what I saw there, or start wood working, heck I think I want to try knitting or crocheting too.... Idk this store is just a Crafters DREAM. Make sure you have some free time before you go in there because you get lost in all the amazingness they have to offer. & Honestly it's not all that expensive either. Definitely check it out. & The staff is super friendly & they didn't pounce on me trying to sell me anything they just let me roam & dream of everything I could make from all their stuff. Lol....
