Wingstop — Restaurant in Cincinnati

WINGSTOP is the worst! From every general manager, to distract manager to wannabe manager that I’ve spoken with. I’ve been told I’ll be provided a credit and have gone through the worst of trying to obtain my credit. I been told twice my credit hasn’t been able to be found. The one time I was able to use my credit the order was not at all what was requested. My order has been short of my request. Of 4 things ordered I only received 2! When going in store to obtain the remainder of my credit I am ignored, the manager in the store takes his time and doesn’t even respond or acknowledge me being there! They are rude, they don’t care about the customers & honestly can say Wingstop lost a customers. I spent hundreds of dollars easily lost because I’ve thrown away soggy or cold food every single time I’ve ordered from Wingstop! It never changes! I placed an online order for 8 Classic wing combo well done. Picked up my order without incident. Returned home and opened my food order and it was boneless wings. Called store to make them aware and the guy who answered basically questioned the validity of my order being incorrect as if he or his co-worker were not capable of making a mistake. I told him I’d be back to the store with the order. Arrived at the store and he gave me the correct wing type however they were not well done like I ordered. Told him this and he literally got angry because he had to remake the order. C U S T O M E R .S E R V I C E. D O E S. M A T T E R! I don’t care how many “extra” wings you gave me. On 08/06/2024 around 9pm I ordered an eight piece boneless combo half barbecue and Buffalo with two ranches. I didn’t think to check my bag. When I got all the way home I took my food out and most of the food was incorrect. They gave me two garlic Parmesan boneless wings and the rest were Buffalo not even close to what I ordered. Most of the wings were inedible and had a spongy feel to them. The fries were soggy and they didn’t give me my extra ranch. I just got off work and didn’t feel like driving all the way back to the restaurant.
