This is the second time I've had to take my sandwich back in because they only put one slice of turkey on my beach club. The first time it happened in Crestview Hills Ky location back in January, they made it right, but this time at the Red Bank road, Cincinnati location, they refused to make it right when I showed them the one sliver of thin sliced meat and argued with me about how they're supposed to do it. I've been eating the same sandwich for 15 years and NEVER had this issue until these two times. I'm starting to think this is a new policy to rip off customers. I literally go there for the heavy meat portions but never again.. Why would I pay 17$ for some bread and cheese. There more cheese than anything. And these kids were incompetent and rude because when I asked for a refund they were not only rude about it but they didn't even do it right. They didn't have put my card in the machine and he gave me back their merchant copy saying they refunded it but it was only for the base amount before tax. Then customer service of course nobody answers. These kids were rude as hell and clearly they dont want to be there and should be supervised. Also, another Jimi Johns location was rude over the phone when I asked if they delivered because the guy didn't want to wait for me to find the address of the house i was working on. When I called the store around 1:30, 45 minutes later, I was told that the driver was 5 minutes away max and that they gave them 6 orders to deliver. I understood this was a busy time so no harm no foul, except when 15 more minutes passed and I called again. They called the driver and said she got caught up at the last house and would be there in less than 5 minutes. This is 1:45ish.... the delivery didn't happen for at least another 15 minutes.

I live within two miles of this store and placed an online order for delivery using the JJ website. The tracker on the website didn’t update and after a while I called the store and was told my order was on the way.
After over an hour of waiting my order arrived. I left instructions to leave the order at the door for contactless delivery which did not happen. After getting the order inside I noticed that one of the items was wrong and one of the items was missing altogether. Frustrating to say the least.
