I hosted a family-friend gathering for 30 people at Queen City Exchange. The booking process was simple - filled out an online form. Sarah responded quickly and helped answer a few of my questions. She immediately placed a reservation hold without any payment.
The space was clean when we arrived. We brought in food and decorations. The staff was helpful and accommodating throughout the evening. They even gave us tape which we forgot. Everyone was impressed with their generosity and professionalism.
We received a handwritten note wishing us a great evening. It was a simple touch that really set the tone for the evening. Made us immediately feel like they were invested in making this a great night for us.

It was pretty cool to walk in and get a Guinness for $3.50 just because it wasn't selling!
