Let me start by saying I am not a coffee drinker. When I came in here I did not know what I wanted, I had no idea what anything meant and I didn't know what to expect. I assumed it would be like how beer has a bunch of different flavors like apple, licorice, chocolate, watermelon, and there would be random flavors but for coffee. This wasn't really the case, at least i don't think. I mean i thought the apple cider meant apple cider coffee, i asked and it was normal apple cider lol. I told the server I had no idea what I wanted and he helped work through the options with me to see what I might like. It was super sweet. He knows his stuff! I got some type of latte or something. Idk it has milk (assuming cow milk) and it's iced. It tastes really good. Like a super good crisp nutty refreshing coffee flavor. I also got a muffin it really hit the spot. Just what I needed right after Latin mass at old saint Mary's down the street. There was also free parking on clay street??? I fully extended to pay and I was so pleasantly surprised I didn't have to. Anyways this coffee is so good and I like it a lot. It's not over powering, or too sweet, it also doesn't taste like fake sweetener or anything. It doesn't really have a texture, it's just liquid. But the ice wasn't too cold so it was nice. The lid did keep leaking but it was fine. The muffin was super moist and tasty and I want 5 more! It kinda tasted like marshmallows. Anyways I might be a coffee drinker now.( But not for the caffeine!!! The caffeine is the issue, I can't really consume caffeine without getting jittery and on edge. I have a bike ride right after this so I'm hoping the caffeine will do me good.) Too bad I don't know anything about coffee. Maybe I will if I keep...
Read more⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were out showing downtown townhouses and condos to a wonderful couple — and their energetic niece was tagging along. After hiking up and down stairs (real estate cardio! 🏃♀️🔑), she needed a little pick-me-up. So we popped into Coffee Emporium… just as they were about to close. 😬
In fact, we’re pretty sure the register had already been shut down — but the staff was incredibly gracious and accommodating. They still allowed us to purchase a few drinks, a sandwich, some cookies, and a yogurt (gotta keep the protein up! 💪🍦).
Their kindness and flexibility meant so much to us and our clients. This simple act of generosity truly reflects the ‘can-do’ spirit of Cincinnati — the kind of attitude that makes us proud to live and work here.
Thank you, Coffee Emporium, for helping me keep my cool and making my clients happy home buyers! 🙏🏡 Your team served up more than just coffee that day — you served compassion, community, and a little extra caffeine-fueled joy. ☕❤️

Read moreOrdered a plain chai tea with milk. It was $5 which I thought was pretty pricey but oh well. They served me a sugary chai latte. I begrudgingly took it back to the counter where the girl was SO polite and expressed that she misunderstood. After she talked with the barista, the barista angrily called me back up to "explain" that she had served me what I ordered. I then said that I literally just wanted plain chai with milk. She swore thats what I had, though I had a frothy latte with the cinnamon on top and the sugariest, sweetest chai. I'm sensitive to sugar. Turns out, they DON'T EVEN HAVE CHAI TEA. They have a pre-mixed latte concentrate. So when I conceded and ordered a different totally plain tea, not even with milk bc I wasn't risking anything, she was pretty rotten about it (NOT the amazing and sweet clerk) and charged me again for the tea. I ended up spending almost $10 to be made to feel ashamed and belittled. That's a lot of money. I was totally unsatisfied and angry enough to write a review. I pulled out my phone to do so and of course the internet wasn't working so I am writing this from home where I am still pretty amazed at how bad the service was and how sugary that...
