About 8:46pm I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Box Combo and a kids meal with two drinks. I requested to have the chicken on both orders crispy. The young lady at the speaker appeared to be inattentive so I asked if she could repeat it. She repeated the order back incorrectly and corrected, she got very nasty with me telling me what she thought I said previously. I told her that wasn't correct and repeated the order. She then started to scream at me and it was clear she was angry. I was confused because it's only chicken tenders and it's not that serious enough to yell about it. The simple thing to do would have been to correct the order and have me pull around. At this point man come to the window to correct and complete my order. As I pulled by the window I could see two other employees in the back FOOD area HOLDING UP CAMERA PHONES!! It appeared as if they were recording something as the cameras backlight was on. I couldn't believe that not only was I receiving bad service but during a pandemic a food establish would have workers being so careless and nasty!! These employees were playing around in a food prep area with dirty phones. UNBELIEVABLE!! The man who checked me out told me my order was on the house. I thanked him and told him what I saw in the background with associates holding phones in the food area. He really didn't know what to say. As I pulled off, the thought of associates using cell phones in the food prep area turned me off. I went elsewhere to get food for...

We went through the drive through on 6/4 midday and ordered two combos, one with a coke and one with an unsweetened tea. She repeated it back twice. When we got the food, they gave us a sweet tea, no big deal, my husband politely said he asked for unsweeted, the girl was nasty, said mm suspiciously, and then said I can't take that back as she held her hands up when my husband tried to hand it back to her. She kept saying I can't take that back. He said I don't have anywhere to put it, she then called over her manager and they said we don't like your tone and told my husband repeatedly that he was being rude, she was 'just trying to help', which was wholly innacurate, and he was not rude at all. Finally another girl came over and took the tea (clearly the policy that they can't take it back is false) and handed him an unsweetened tea, which we threw out as soon as we drove off, not knowing if she spit into it or put something into it, as nasty as they were with the attitude and eye rolls. We went because Chick Fil A across the street was closed. Chick Fil A always has such nice polite workers, they clearly hire and train well unike Canes. Chicken was also not fully cooked and hardly breaded. Definitely left a bad taste in our mouth, we will not be back. They need to hire adults who can handle the basic job 'stress' of having to fix a mistake by someone politely asking. Wow. We were speechless at...

If I could give zero stars I would. My family and I went to your location and when we were there a homeless man approached us and asked us to order his meal for him since your inconsiderate workers chose to congregate in the drive thru window instead of having the store open like normal. We ordered his meal and he gave us money to pay for it and we had him wait on the sidewalk. Your male manager with shoulder length blonde hair stuck his head out the window and began to exclaim that the poor homeless man had to leave and got an attitude when we explained that we had paid for his meal and was going to give him his meal on the side walk. When the rude manager walked away a female employee with braided hair began to be rude with us about liabilities, which the man was on the side walk and not at risk of anything. For a company who's slogan is one love, those cruel workers need to be reprimanded. I will not be returning to this location and I am heavily considering not returning at all. I have been coming to these restaurants since there was only one in Lexington and one in Columbus. It's a shame that people like those employees not only mistreat your paying customers and people in the community who are less fortunate. I do sincerely hope you fix this...

Co-worker and I are on a 4 day mini-vacation. We decided we wanted chicken. Canes has got such great tenders and their sauce is crazy good. This Canes seems fairly new. The dining room is large and has plenty of booth seating which was nice. The dining room and drink station were both clean which was also nice. Staff was courteous and pleasant, but none of them seemed happy to be at work. Music was a little intrusive and they started playing a heavy metal station which was definitely not great. Overall a good experience and the food was fresh, hot and tasty. Prices are also not bad.

They only sell chicken tenders, but they are delicious! Fresh and juicy! (Can I say juicy?) Garlic bread is delicious, too. Personally I don't care for the Cane's sauce but I know people who've said they would bathe in it.. Pick the meal size you want or order only chicken tenders - they start at 25 pieces, and you build from there. Lemonade is delicious as is the tea. Sign up for the Caniac Club and use your card at each purchase to receive free food.

Horrible! I eat canes normally once a week but get it from Calhoun. Today I tried Oakley. Big mistake, BIG!. Chicken was super small and dried out. Definitely not worth 10 dollars. Fries super salty and barely a full order. Atleast when Calhoun has smaller pieces of chicken they toss in a extra piece. Do better Oakley!
