It's unacceptable how this specific location can only take one order at a time in the drive thru. It wasn't raining when I showed up, I assumed they were busy because I pulled in the parking lot at the entrance with a car directly in front of me to go through the drive thru. When I finally get to the speaker to order my food I was asked to hold, the whole time it's pouring down rain, so I have to leave my window cracked so I don't miss hearing them ready for my order, when I pull up to the window, the car that was in front of me is long gone, there's people standing in the drive thru window, not taking orders for the many cars behind me, and only open the window enough to slide my food through to hand to me while I am still getting rained on, they didn't have homestyle chicken for the s'awesome chicken sandwich I ordered and asked if I'd prefer spicy or grilled, I said spicy would be perfect, I check my bags to see the salad I ordered was not in my bag but there was an extra side of fries that I didn't want. I ask for my salad, get home to see that the grilled chicken breast that was supposed to be on the avacado chicken club was on my s'awesome chicken sandwich and the spicy chicken on the avacado chicken club sandwich and also they forgot the avacado as well. The service is absolutely terrible but with the fact they only take care of one person at a time, you'd expect that the very least your order would be right. Truly I give negative stars because this is the absolute worst service I have ever received and yet these people think they deserve to be paid like they're competent hard working people. I started out working in fast food service when I was 15 and this is not how I was trained to do business, it's pathetic and sad how much the industry has gone down hill, they don't care about their customers that pay them their paychecks, so I no longer will be contributing to them getting paid as I no longer care to...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. After waiting 15 minutes in line they closed the drive through. So we went inside. The lady behind the counter just looked at me, didn't say a word and walked into the back of the store. Customer service stank. During this time a fellow came in and clocked in on the register looked at the crowd of folks again didn't say anything and dissappeared. So after a couple of minutes the original gal came back took our order. Her attitude was that she would rather be anywhere but at the store. After she took our order she dissappeared again and I looked over at the grill that no one had been to since we came in and there were about 15 cooked beef patties on it just sitting there for who knows how long. Luckily we had ordered chicken. When she brought our order to the counter she tossed it on it and started to walk away. We had to wait for her to come back so we could ask her to get our drinks. Another attitude like we were bothering her. The fries must had been finished when the beef patties were because they were cold and hard. I don't know whaat she put in our cups but it was not cola, nor was it drinkable. After spending about an hour waiting for 4 sandwiches, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. And nearly $35. The food wasn't edible nor the drinks drinkable. We ended up throwing it all away and cutting our losses because it was clear that no one in this Wendy's gave two shakes about anything. How hard can it be to serve menu items that have been tried and true without fouling them up? It's not rocket science. $15/hr hahahaha, I wouldn't paid this crew 15 cents an hour. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. THIS IS THE WORST WENDY'S WE HAVE...
Read moreI want to start off by saying that some professional development needs to happen with the really tall, slim male manager. I did not catch his name, but I walked in to him audibly chastising the cashier in front of waiting customers. I'm going to assume the cashier was new due to her performance, but his behavior didn't improve the situation any and she was visibly flustered.
I decided to try something new to me and ordered the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club as a combo with the new Limeade to drink. My girlfriend ordered a Baconator combo with Lemonade. The limeade request seemed an impossible task for the cashier; she went kinda "deer in headlights." Eventually someone from the back clued her in and that was taken care of. The lemonade was simply out of the fountain machine, but the poor girl was so flustered at that point that it was escaping her that all she had to do was provide me with the cup. I did not receive my receipt but decided to simply wait and check the bag rather than risk causing her further distress.
When we received our food, there was barely a half of a piece of bacon on the Baconator, and there was no lettuce or tomato on the chicken club. I also received it regular rather than the spicy that I ordered. There were a number of people in line so I chose to simply deal with it. Before leaving I got my receipt (a 15 minute endeavor) to make sure I had actually been charged correctly, which...
