When first arriving and waiting for our order I had to listen to the cashier talk to coworkers and customers about hating her job so much she wanted to kill herself. Then after waiting and inquiring about how long of a wait we had we were told "screens full sweetie", we then asked for a refund. Asked again. The staff we all over the place, the cashier had customers waiting on apple pies and coffees, the young lady next to me had been waiting 15 minutes for a coffee while the cashier was stuck running orders to cars. We still were waiting for our refund and had asked three separate people. I then yelled into the back can a manager please help us we would like a refund we had no more time to wait, that's why we ordered ahead online. The manager then yells back calm down your food is right here tossing our bag on the counter, without any of our drinks. She proceed to tell us she didn't have time to deal with us. While yelling at me told me that I was not to yell at her. I wasn't yelling I had a raised stern voice. The lack a respect discipline and leadship was appalling. She then walked away and said she refused to help us, we're 20 minutes into this process now. After threatening to call the police, my husband was given his money back. I'm a fast food manager myself I know lunch is busy those employees and the customers were only suffering because of the incapability at their leadership. Weve also been extremely nice about the fact that there has been mistakes in every order from this location for months, we actually were traveling out of our way to go to the farmington location. Read moreAbout 3 weeks ago I ordered a triple cheeseburger with no onions. When I got it it had the receipt with "no onions" on it, but it had a ton of onions. Right around that same time frame I ordered a double cheeseburger with no onions. It had onions, more ketchup on the outside of the wrapper than on the burger, and the burger was half off the bun, and the cheese was half off on the opposite side of the bun. I was not at the restaurant and ended up throwing the burger out because there was no way of getting the diced onions out of that mess. I also got soda water with no flavor. A few days ago I ordered a double quarter pounder. I thought these were supposed to come out fresh. It was cold and dried out. Burnt to a crisp. The burger was black and tasted like charcoal. Tonight I ordered a triple cheeseburger, no onions. After waiting at the window for just under 10 minutes for my order (it wasn't busy) we took the order home. The burger had a receipt on it that said "big Mac no onions". It was my triple cheeseburger but burned to a crisp and had tons of onions. Had to scrape all the cheese off to remove the onions. I went to flush the dried out patty down with the root beer I ordered to find it was diet coke. These are only a few of my most recent bad experiences at this McDonald's. I know...why do I go back. Read moreMy drive thru order number today was 1316. I ordered a breakfast burrito meal and an extra hash brown. One hash brown was ok. The other one, well... I pick up the little bag that the hash brown comes in, and the hash brown just snaps in half like a huge and thick potato chip and fell all over my lap in pieces. The hash brown was so overcooked that it basically exploded in my hand because it was completely solid and fragile and dark brown throughout. I just threw it out my car window cuz little pieces were all over me and my car seat. I wish I took a picture but the seagulls grabbed it immediately. So I get out and clean up and walk inside to get a new one, and to show them the other half that I tossed back in my bag. I waited for about 10 minutes behind the two people in front of me were getting served...so very slowly...so I decided to walk out and throw the other half to the seagulls. I feel that common sense and customer service has really gone out the window at this location. 👎 IMHO...if you see a person with a bag standing at the BACK of a line, then as a manager, you could maybe notice and ask "hey what happened and how can I fix it".
