Typically when I go to Wendy's the service is quick and good. Even when they've messed up my order, they're good about making it right. Today, however, I unfortunately had experience that annoyed me so much I didn't even want to speak to someone about it. The guy handling my food essentially threw my fries in the bag, spilling them all over. There was not a single fry in the container, they were just spilled all over the food inside the bag. I heard the cashier, who was very friendly and polite when taking my order, say to him "You just dropped them in the bag?" and he LAUGHED ABOUT IT like it was a joke or a game. That's what made me so mad. If it had been an accident I would have understood. It's not like I needed a new fry or for them to necessarily "fix" it, but an apology and explanation would have been nice. I was standing right there when he tossed my fries in the bag and knowingly spilled them and it was obvious that he didn't care and was even amused by it. His attitude and his actions were rude and unprofessional and that's what upset me about the experience. It's obvious that this employee did not care to provide even adequate customer service. Read moreWe live in Canandaigua and I'm sorry to report that the inside counter staff and shift supervisor likely lost numerous customers this evening (7.29.15) due to her simple deprioritizing of and inattention to customers. The woman in front of me had been waiting 20 minutes, twenty minutes by the time she was waiting for food after ordering. The counter staff made this customer wait while she was checking out 3 other employees...at which point we arrived. Fumbling and not understanding how to "do" employee discounts, this process took well over 10 minutes, during which time no effort was made to be efficient, gracious, or even apologetic to waiting customers. We changed out order TO GO, and we were literally standing in the store longer than if we had ordered, eaten inside the restaurant and lingered with our drinks in a different Wendy's (or even this one at a different day/time by comparison). Worse, when trying to call the only contact info on the receipt later to inform the store of their employees actions, there was NO ANSWER. I tried to call several times, no answer. Wow. The name on our receipt says Raea W, but the nametag of the employee was Isabel. Seriously mishandled; huge need for training...
Read moreI paid almost 7 and some change close to 8 dollars for a baconator thats literally bun, mayo, and at best 2 slices of bacon in so much i could not even see bacon on it witch is shocking as the name would suggest lots of bAcOn.the breakfast are off the chain but 30 bucks for 2 quarterpound hamburgers meals with a few slices of bacon on top but the breakreakfast here is awesome and wont bank your bank i eat here at least 3 times a week minimum, and it's always perfect even when I was a few minutes late for breakfast. Did they tell me no? I think not. I did have to wait for a fresh piece of chicken, but let's be honest, I would have waited a lot longer because there maple bacon chicken croissant its the most mouth watering breakfast sandwich EVER I definitely recommend the one in Canandaigua the ladies...
