De Café in Long Beach is an exceptional café with some of the best croissant sandwiches I have ever tasted. The croissants are perfectly flaky and buttery, filled with fresh and flavorful ingredients. The prosciutto with green pesto and arugula is outstanding, and the salami with red pesto is equally delicious. The breakfast croissants with fluffy eggs and crisp bacon are also excellent.

Every dish is presented beautifully, with attention to detail such as the cherry tomato garnish. The quality of the ingredients is clear in every bite.

The cappuccino and the crema di caffè are both excellent, with fresh, rich flavors that taste as if they came straight from Italy.

Francesco, the owner and chef, brings his passion for authentic flavors to the menu, ensuring each sandwich is prepared to perfection. Maica, co-owner and the warm and welcoming presence at the front of the house, makes every guest feel valued from the moment they arrive.

With exceptional food, a welcoming atmosphere, and the personal dedication of its owners, De Café is a place worth visiting...

I’m a big fan!! And I can’t believe they are on vacation while I’m dreaming of a Pistachio Latte as I drink my boring coffee @ home. My stand out favorites: the chocolate chip cookie (wow! Loaded with chocolate chunks & real butter), the Almond Croissant (best ever) & the Italian Cheesecake (ricotta cheese), sublime. I bought 2 over the holiday. Micah & the crazy talented, Francesco are the lovely owners.

Was running errands today when I bumped into a friend with an amazing looking iced latte in her hand, right as I began craving a coffee. She immediately recommended me to come here. Not only did I come in and successfully get a fantastic iced matcha latte, but the pastries are also 10/10. Chocolate croissant and sfogliatella. They were even freshly filling flavored croissants! And that was only one of the counters with food. The people and service was amazing, and they couldn’t have been nicer.
