Bryce's Ice Cream — Restaurant in City of Niagara Falls

I love supporting small businesses, but you need to get the fundamentals right. After dinner, we went back to get my little brother some shaved ice and ourselves some ice cream. The service was okay. Maybe they were having a rough day and didn't seem ready to serve customers, but presence should definitely be prioritized. A joyful and excited lil kid was cheering for some rainbow shaved ice and matching some of the energy would have made the experience better. At least they served the rainbow shaved ice like the picture after asking us if that's what the kid wanted. The soft serve was also okay. The soft serve is basically just plain vanilla with an outer lining of flavor like a drizzle, so the actual flavor only lasts like 2 minutes. So all in all, it's an alright place. Lil steep of a price for the ice cream and definitely over priced for the service.

My boyfriend and I stopped at the shop around 7PM to ask if they got busy at 9:30PM before the fireworks and the older lady stated “make sure you’re in line by 9:30PM because we cut the line off because we close at 10PM.” So at 9:30PM my boy friend and I were in line ready to get shaved ice and watch the fireworks. When you pay $16 for lemonade you expect lemon flavor!!! I went back to tell them that by the time we made about 50 steps into the park it tasted like ice water with a little sugar, NO flavor!!
