Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Niagara Falls

Donuts tasted good as usual. Watermelon flavored donut is special and I see that first time. Service is good and quick. Clear tables are available for the menu. People followed queue to place orders. Little congested for the line and to get the food also as this resides in One Stop store.

They have wraps with vegetables and Chicken. The wraps didn't taste good as I felt nothing but some chicken and sauces etc. The tortilla they used for wrap was so hard to byte and chewy. For $5 the wrap is not worth. Wrap display on menu is different than what they served but it was really filling for that moment.

They accept card/cash/wallet payments.

A few months ago i would of gave it 5 stars always great service and friendly and quick. Recently tho during this virus lockdown they have changed their hours and now close at 2 which is fine. But whats not fine is the ignorant worker you now have working there closing who chooses to close anytime between 1230 and 2 which is just unheard of in any corporate business that im aware of. I mean i wish i could choose to close the store i work at and leave early but i get paid to stay till their suppose to close so thats what i do. Maybe they just need some more employee training i guess. Because the two girls that always use to work were the nicest dunkin workers ive ever met bit not...

Come on. Nobody speaks English and that’s not really the issue here I don’t have a problem with those who can’t but in food industry in Drive thru where it’s all ready hard to hear is nuts. All my orders are wrong constantly because they can’t understand me and they just guess it doesn’t matter if u write and show them still don’t get it?? The service is extremely slow and when you do get ur food it’s always stale burnt wrong undercooked whatever in between. I can imagine the language barriers have a lot to do with it. Dunkin needs to hire...
