I recently had the pleasure of dining Mirch Masala , and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. As someone who appreciates authentic, flavorful, and well-prepared cuisine, I can confidently say that this restaurant exceeded all my expectations. Whether you are a fan of Pakistani food or new to this incredible cuisine the perfect place to indulge in an authentic and heartwarming meal.
Ambiance & Hospitality
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine welcome. The restaurant has a cozy yet elegant ambiance, with a blend of traditional Pakistani decor and modern aesthetics. The soft glow of beautiful lanterns, the intricate wooden carvings, and the faint sound of traditional Pakistani music playing in the background set the perfect mood for an immersive dining experience.
The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, ensuring that every guest felt valued. They were eager to recommend dishes, explain ingredients, and accommodate any dietary preferences. Their hospitality reminded me of the renowned warmth and generosity of Pakistani culture.
Appetizers: A Flavorful Beginning
I started my meal with a selection of appetizers, and they were nothing short of spectacular. The Chicken Seekh Kebabs were perfectly spiced, juicy, and grilled to perfection, with a smoky aroma that was simply irresistible. The Aloo Samosas had a crispy, golden-brown crust, encasing a deliciously spiced potato filling that was bursting with flavor.
One of the highlights was the Chaat Platter, which was a delightful mix of tangy, spicy, and sweet flavors. The Papri Chaat was fresh, crunchy, and topped with yogurt, tamarind chutney, and fresh herbs, creating a perfect balance of textures and flavors. It was an absolute treat!
Main Course: A Feast of Authentic Delights
For the main course, I had a hard time choosing because everything on the menu looked incredible! I finally settled on a combination of classic Pakistani dishes, and I was beyond impressed the butter chicken was the star of the meal! The rich tomato-based gravy was perfectly spiced, with tender chicken cooked to perfection. The flavors were deep and aromatic, and the addition of fresh ginger and coriander...
Read moreCan I start by saying how disgusting the behaviour of the owner/man working at the counter was! We came here and asked to see if there were any mutton dishes available to order. He mentioned that you gotta order those 3 hours in advance since our mutton is frozen and we have to thaw it and cook it! Seriously! customers don’t need to know this! We also asked for chicken karahi which again they said was not available! So we ordered the chicken curry, butter chicken, palak paneer, naan and biryani. Little did we know when customers came after us, they were allowed to go to the buffet and serve themselves some mutton and whatever else they wanted. When I approached the man at the counter to ask why were we not allowed to do that! This person went on a different tangent, started raising his voice, cut me off in the middle of the sentence and when I tried to speak kept repeatedly saying if I am done talking! I mean is this the way you talk to your customers! I was very clear to the man that few very unpleasant reviews are coming his way. He had a chance then to apologize or say something but he said ok go for it. So here I am writing. I was on vacation and thought of having some great Indian/ Pakistani food, but I would never recommend anyone to go here unless their staff are trained on mannerisms. I gave the food a 2 star because their butter chicken was good but all the other dishes reeked of oil!...
Read moreI and my family went here to eat. We are all vegetarians. We clearly asked the owner if he can make a completely vegetarian meal for us, otherwise give us a clear answer. The owner said yes, we will make vegetarian food for you. Me and my parents and my friend's parents were also there and we had a Muslim friend who ordered non-veg. We ordered Daal Makhani, Paneer Tikka Masala, Veg Biryani and 4 Naans. My Muslim friend ordered a Lamb Biryani. When the food came to us and we ate, we saw that there was a piece of chicken inside the Paneer dish. When we told the owner, he started talking to us in a very bad manner. My Muslim friend also left the biryani there because pork was mixed in the Lamb Biryani. When we told him, he started saying that you are doing this intentionally because you do not want to pay the money. But we showed the food to the other costumers sitting there. Finally after so much argument they agreed that it was their mistake. But what will a sorry do if someone's religion is ruined like this. Now I will not come here even by mistake. Because of them my friend's mother's health...
