The GoldBar — Restaurant in City of Niagara Falls

Found this place by accident when we couldn't get food at the casino. It doesn't look like much at first, but the staff are amazing! You generally don't expect much from the food at a small place like this but we had the beef on weck, and it was good.

You can tell they are community oriented. The owner (sorry, can't remember her name) came over to ask if we were enjoying the food and drinks. She's young and has only started this business this year. Pretty impressive!!

They even had a calendar of "events". It was our first time, but were happy and sad to know that one one the bartenders was leaving to go back to school. GOOD LUCK SAM!

My husband and I visited Niagra falls over the weekend, we are from a very small town in Ohio. We were so lucky to find this spot on our first night, we loved the atmosphere so much we returned all three nights of our trip. The owner and all of the bartenders were super attentive, knowledge and easy to talk too. We were able to strike up some conversations with the regulars and get some great mom and pop recommendations to enjoy during our stay. Definitely will return if we are ever back in the area. Great bar. Not a lot of places to go with a local atmosphere and this was the spot for us. We are here visiting and felt at home. The owner was just great and super professional. The place is very clean and has great music and cold beer along with any drink you may want including a few that were recommended to us.
